Very Nice house

Pros: Perfect location, great host, very nice house. Beautiful garden, very good beds, amazing bathroom

Cons: It’s not a complaint but more suggestion for improvement: a dishwasher will be a plus + minor repairs like curtains which felt or noisy door but great location that I recommend

We really loved the house and the location!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was close to the town and the beach, but with a lot of privacy due to the small secluded garden. And the bathroom is a real highlight! It was very clean and well kept. The well working climate control was a relief at nights. When sitting on the terrace with a drink, you can watch Macaws and Toucans in the nearby trees. And we enjoyed the very clean and nice pool. Uvita is a good base for activities. In case you are diving: Caño Island was an absolutely amazing experience for us! The communication with the host was easy and very friendly. All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

Cons: If anything, It could have a few more items in the kitchen (like 4 mugs for 4 people) and a new toaster.

Perfect location for a perfect property.

Pros: Gorgeous property, just like the photos, and an inspirational design. We loved the partial open-air bathroom and the splash pool outside. It was all beautifully clean and beds were super comfortable. Both bedrooms had very good air-conditioning and there were ceiling fans in the lounge and outside seating area. Even the outdoor seating was comfortable! There was an additional plug in fan if you needed it. The location is just off the main road, which made it easy to find, and so close to the entrance to Whales Tail and plenty of eateries. Brilliant! We ate breakfast every morning outside, watching the Scarlet Macaws in the tree opposite. The property is gated and that adds a certain secure feeling too, (probably unnecessary as the area is lovely). We would easily stay here again - it was great 😃

Great vacation home in walking distance to Marino Ballena NP Uvita

Pros: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem Neubaugebiet. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter. Der kleine Pool ist eine super Erfrischung am Ende eines Strandtages. Toaster wäre schön gewesen

Would absolutely come back

Pros: The private pool and deck was awesome. The design of the building is really cool and the ability to drive in and park inside the gate rocked. The landscaping is gorgeous and attracts lots of hummingbirds. There’s a tree across the street that is home to a flock of scarlet macaws and that was awesome to see (we saw 10!) This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. Proximity to Marino Ballena is great. Very relaxing end to our 2 week trip all around CR!

Cons: Could have been cleaner, but was okay. A few things in need of attention/repair: curtain rod fell off the wall while opening curtains, others clearly about to do the same, toilet seat very loose, interior doors all need some WD-40, door lock is very loose, the lock box about to break- property probably needs a once over from owners after busy season

Pros: Es una casa muy acogedora, tiene todo. Comodidad baño amplio, cocina completa, terraza con parrilla, habitaciones con Aire acondicionado. Su sistema de seguridad es perfecto. La casa la recibimos impecable, muy olorosa, limpia y con detalles. También nosotros la entregamos limpia y con basura recogida. Tuvimos excelente comunicación con la encargada, dispuestos a volver en otra ocasión, y a recomendarlos con nuestros amigos y familia.

Cons: Todo excelente 1
