Highly Recommended

Pros: Highly Recommended. The apartment is decorated, clean, very beautiful, large and spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped. Both bedrooms have air conditioning as well as a TV in the living room and in one bedroom. The apartment is located on a quiet street a short walk from the main square. There is a lovely view of Mount Arenal. The owner is always available and also gives recommendations for attractions in the area.

Pros: Lovely place within walking distance of everything you need in La Fortuna. Clean, well equipped, and the host was super communicative and available to answer any questions. A bit noisy sometimes with the gym across the street and the car power washing station so if you're looking for quiet, serenity this might not be the place for you.

Good apartment in perfect location in La Fortuna

Pros: Very well equipped apartment with comfy beds and AC. There are 2 seperate bedrooms, 1 with queensize bed, 1 with bedsofa for 1 person. Also living room with open kitchen space. All furniture, bedlinen, towels, kitchen utensils are good quality and very clean. You can also use the pool in the beautiful garden. Very (!) quiet in the night, but only 8 min walk to to town center with restaurants, supermarkets, tour offices.

Cons: Only downside, there is a carwash across the street which can be noisy in the daytime. Be aware that payment is only possible in cash, final showed price in booking incl. taxes (IVA). A fan in the living room/kitchen would be helpful for hot days.

Clean, with airconditioning unit, pool, garden, close to center

Pros: It’s a really well kept 2nd floor unit, lovely garden, pool, quiet location and close to centre.

Cons: We liked everything about the place

Nous étions de courte durée,3 nuits mes ont n’avait tout,tout c’est bien passé!

Muy recomendable

Pros: Apartamento muy completo, cama muy còmoda con unas almohadas increibles, cocina muy bien equipada y muy limpio , en zona tranquila cerca del tour de los perezosos al que nos invitó Mauricio que fue un excelente anfitrión , También hicimos el tour nocturno con él en Papa’s place que fue muy interesantes y tuvimos la suerte de ver varías serpientes entre ellas la coral. La piscina, aunque no la pudimos utilizar, era un lugar muy agradable para relajarse. Desde la ventana de la habitación veíamos varios pájaros que venían al árbol que hay Justo detrás . Apartamento bien insonorizado respecto al resto del edificio

Cons: Por decir algo , el grifo del baño estaba muy cerca del borde de la pica y era incomodo. Y que no hay electrodoméstico lavavajillas como dice la descripción . Ambas cosas son tonterías

Fantastische Wohnung mit wunderschönem Pool! Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Pros: Alles! Wärmste Empfehlung. Gute ausgestattete Küche, alles sehr sauber. Man kann sich in La Fortuna viel Geld sparen indem man selbst kocht, was hier super gut möglich ist. Es gibt tolle Extras wie einen Smoothie-Maker, einen Reiskocher etc. Die Gastgeber sind super nett. Wir durften uns sogar bei den Kokosnüssen direkt von der Palme bedienen. Zudem hat er mit uns eine kleine Animal-Watching-Tour gemacht umsonst. Unglaublich! Der Pool mit Liegen und Dusche war ein absoluter Traum und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Cons: Nicht schlimm aber man kann nur Bar bezahlen.

Pros: Great location to the city but also quiet. Pool was amazing and the kids loved it. Mau is so hospitable. The night walk and sloth tour was great.

Pros: Schönes Appartement mit Balkon und mega Ausblick.Der Gastgeber bietet Nachttouren an mit wirklich interessanten Tieren und Infos. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar.

Cons: Nichts

Pros: The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen has all you need to cook and we enjoyed chilling on the balcony. Mauricio was extremely helpful and generous in offering free sloth walk and laundry. He was also knowledgeable when it comes to biodiversity in the area. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
