Great place for an airport stopover

Pros: We were flying home from Panama and stayed for two nights. We visited the excellent free museum in Alajuela the day we arrived and took the bus to San Jose and then on to Cartago (we had already visited San Jose) the next day. I recommend both.

Overnight at SJO

Pros: Convenient to the airport! Airport pickup and dropoff provided as an extra service. Common kitchen and seating area was really nice for relaxing, eating and even doing some work. Great wifi signal throughout property. Very comfy bed and pillows, Large shower with hot water. Esteban was very nice and helpful!

Cons: From the street outside it is a bit hard to tell you are at the right place. A sign on the door would be helpful.

Great value accommodation handy for SJO

Pros: For the price, this was a great value solution for one night on arrival in San Jose. Esteban picked us up, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The lounge was great to chill in . Breakfast was very flexible.

Cons: Unfortunately the guests who were earlier to breakfast ate most of the food provided!

Very recommended

Pros: We stayed for one night after arriving in Costa Rica at SJO. It is very close to the airport and perfect if you want to stay the night after or before your flight. The hotel had a cozy vibe and we really liked the breakfast and the possibility to have it outside in the beautiful courtyard. Esteban was really responsive and friendly and we liked the option of the airport shuttle at any time. Also a great value for money :)

Cons: It could have been a bit more clean. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and made a noise with every movement

Pros: A very convenient start to our Costa Rica vacation. The staff were really friendly, room was clean and the garden area was very beautiful. They stocked the kitchen so we could make our own breakfast which allowed us to be very flexible.

Cons: The shower was a bit cold - but not tooo bad.
