We loved staying at El Rustico, with its great views onto the lake and Vulcano. Salomon and his family are very friendly

Pros: The view from the house is unbeatable. You are right in front of the Lake and Vulcano. Salomon and his family are very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The house is rustic but got everything you need.

Absolutely Incredible 10/10. Pura Vida!

Pros: Incredible friendly host. One of the nicest people we have met in Costa Rica, loads of good local advice and really looked out for us (especially during trickier weather during the rainy season). Amazing location with great views, and loads of awesome things to do within a short distance. We will 100% return here if we have the opportunity, incredible couldn't fault it.

Vue à couper le souffle

Pros: La vue sur le lac et le volcan, les sons de la nature en se réveillant, c’est un lieu magnifique pour un dépaysement total. Salomon est très sympathique et le déjeuner très bon! La chambre est rustique, mais c’était parfait pour nous et nous avons apprécié la cuisine et la terrasse sur le toit quand il y avait de la pluie. Le Chat Panterin est très affectueux et gentil :)

Pros: Las vistas son únicas, estás tu propia casita relajado en la hamaca disfrutando del volcán y del lago. En la terraza hay cocina y nevera, cenar con ese panorama es todo un gusto! Salomon es muy amable y servicial. Atento en todo momento. Tienen un gatito muy cariñoso que se llama Panterin 😍 enamoradas nos ha dejado. Nos ha encantado pasar varias noches aquí. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Amazing location with an exceptipnal host!

Pros: I loved the location. The rain sadly interfered with the view but it would have been incredible otherwise. Walking a little further up the road allowed me to see the sunset too.

Cons: The only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have the towels and toiletries already in the room. It was super quick and easy to get what I needed though so it wasn’t a big deal at all.
