Arenal Dream Cottage

Pros: Very compact and comfortable, king size beds and quiet ac’s. Nice backyard and close to the village and at the same time remote enough for a good night sleep.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Wonderful apprtment, great location and facilities

Pros: The balcony was great and offered more space half-in half-out and the backyard is nice calm and green place to rest. There are screens for the windows that allowed to open the apparent, with minimum mosquitos. The air conditioning was good and we also used the coffee machine, laundry and drier. We forgot a shirt in the apparent and Karen made a great effort to get us have it back.

Cons: The second room was a bit too small, the front sliding gate for the car park was a bit of a hassle and sometimes stucked.

Amazing place

Pros: The overall vibe of the place is quite good. The stay was really comfortable and the caretaker, Karen is very accessible and always happy to help. Especially the open bar area of the house is a piece of art. Go ahead and choose the place if you are looking for a peaceful cosy stay foe 4-5 people.

Pros: La casa es hermosa, super cómoda y muy bien equipada. Pasamos una excelente estadía. La cama del cuarto principal es muy cómoda. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y la ubicación nos resultó muy buena. Karen siempre está atenta a los detalles y mantiene seguimiento con lo que se necesita, volvería a pasar mas días!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen Kurztrip

Pros: Die Unterkunft war gut zu finden, sehr schön ruhig gelegen und nicht allzuweit von unseren geplanten Aktivitäten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir fanden es schön etwas mehr Platz zu haben als in anderen Unterkünften dieser Preiskategorie, auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern lief super und war immer zuvorkommend.

Cons: Das dunkle Holz in den Zimmern hat die Räume Tagsüber sehr dunkel gemacht, dafür war der Außenbereich schön aber zum Sitzen nicht sehr gemütlich. In einem Land wie Costa Rica sind Tiere in den Wohnungen unvermeidbar aber das Ameisennest in dem Behälter mit den Küchenutensilien und die vielen Kakalaken haben uns schon gestört und den Aufenthalt etwas unbehaglich gemacht.

We had a great time staying at the house.

Pros: The property is close to everything, making driving within distance. All restaurants are so close we could just walk if we wanted to. The house is nice and clean, kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Since it was so humid, we found that having a washer and dryer at the house helped a lot. Karen, the host was wonderful, she responded almost immediately to our requests. Thank you Karen!!

Cons: Mosquitoes!!! We didn’t go out to the nice backyard/patio at all because the mosquitoes were crazy. The bedding was okay but i thought it is time for the host to change new crisp bedsheets and blankets. Mattress is a bit soft to my liking. But overall nothing to complaint about.

Liebevoll eingerichtete komfortable Wohnung zentral gelegen

Pros: Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Schöne große Wohnung, top ausgestattet. Sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen bei Fragen und super Tipps. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zu kleinen Details eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Alle Unternehmungen sind super zu erreichen und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe dran. Wir kommen gerne wieder🤗

Tolle Unterkunft mit richtig viel Platz. Nicht direkt im Centrum aber trotzdem sehr nah an La Fortuna und den Thermen.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr groß. Der Aussenbereich hat uns am besten gefallen. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe gestaltet.

Cons: Es gibt nichts. Alles war wie beschrieben.

Pros: Heerlijk verblijf in La Fortuna! Super comfortabel groot (2 meter breed!) bed, heerlijke warme regendouche, ruime kamers en fijn dat er nog zo’n groot gedeelte buiten is (keuken, zitplek, hangmat). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en voelde echt als thuis!

Casita acogedora y limpia para estancia cerca del centro de la Fortuna

Pros: Nos gustó mucho la limpieza y la comodidad de las camas se duele deli ☺️ es una casita muy acogedora. La entrada fue autónoma y la comunicación fue muy fácil con Karen. En el viaje con mi mamá y mi perrita pequeña nos la pasamos muy bien. En definitiva vamos a regresar.

Cons: Las pantallas de las habitaciones creo que ya les hace falta cambiarlas por unas más modernas, nos funcionaban bien. Recomiendo que tengan una cuenta de Netflix contactada.
