Nest Chalet Monteverde

Such a beautiful place. We felt lucky to have found this chalet in Monteverde

Pros: Tolle aussicht für den Sonnenuntergang mit jacuzzi.

Cons: Es war eng für eine 4köpfige Familie. Es gab nicht gross Platz zum Essen in der Wohnung. Auch nur ein enges wc/bad.

We would definitely recommend and found host very willing to help.

Pros: We really enjoyed the view from our chalet. Our host, Ever, was very helpful with suggestions and bookings in Monteverde. Accurate photos on booking site. The hot tub was very clean and we enjoyed after a day of hiking! Also, the outdoor fireplace was amazing! Enjoyed location for the wildlife of Costa Rica. But definitely need to be prepared with a 4x4 for the steep hill.

Cons: Kitchen was ok, but need to improve supplies . ie silverware, glasses, cookware. Was good for dinnerware.

Spectacular location with best view!

Pros: Ever the host was great! Very helpful. Beautiful view of the gulf and pacific. Everything you need. Hike up the hill was a really good workout! Need 4x4 to get there if traveling by car. Hot tub and outdoor space was fabulous

Pros: L'emplacement Qualité des équipements du châlet, très complet Jacuzzi neuf : propreté irréprochable et bien chaud dès l'arrivée. Le bois prêt pour le poêle à l'arrivée

Cons: Vu la qualité du logement, un léger coup de propre plus approfondie sur le sol et les placards de cuisine aurait été le top. Mais franchement logement à conseiller à tous !

Pros: מקום מהמם ומאובזר מאוד. יש אחלה מטבח, מכונת כביסה וג׳קוזי מעולה. הדירה יפה מאוד ולא חסר בה כלום

Cons: המיקום מאוד בעייתי. חייבים רכב גבוה והגישה לדירה לא ממש נעימה ופחות אפשרית בחושך. לא היו מים חמים במקלחת

Pretty chalet near santa Elena

Pros: The house it very pretty. The bedroom in the kind of loft part is very nice & still spacious. Kitchen is enough for a short trip. You have access to a washing machine if you need. The shower gels & shampoo smell so good ! There is also a very nice outdoor part, with bar, chairs, vidéo projector, jacuzzi …

Cons: Humidity smell present in 1 bedroom. As spoken to the host it should be better when dry season kicks in. There is a very Sharp/steep road to go to the house. You just need to have a SUV or 4x4 car.

Pros: The view is beautiful, it is modern and had a beautiful look to it. It has a washer/dryer which wonderful though the washer is different than any I've seen before so we needed instructions. The owner responded with them(it would be nice to have detailed instructions attached to the lid of the washer).

Cons: The road going up to the house is VERY steep!! You NEED a SUV with 4 wheel drive! We had our rental car for a week. The owner told us about this the day we were arriving. Fortunately,we had a small SUV. Not sure what would have happened if we didn't. That valuable information should be in the listing prior to renting it just to avoid a problem. If it was in the listing in small print, I missed it¡ The only other thing that would be nice is some containers with lids to store food in while there.

Cozy!

Pros: To be able to see everything from the inside, hear the sound of the rain, while sleeping in a comfortable bed and waking up to a beautiful view.

Pros: The view from the Nest Chalet is absolutely AMAZING! Whether inside or on the deck, despite the weather we had a couple of outstanding sunsets. The coziness with the fireplace (we had very wet and cold weather), beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all the amenities, washer/dryer was a bonus, overall, super relaxing, peaceful retreat for us. Loved our little \

Cons: Just an FYI: It is not within walking distance of the main town, but for the view it was an easy trade for us. Having a 4wd car is a must.
