Pros: Superb place! Really comfortable and had everything we needed, right in the centre of Alajuela with easy access to the bus station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really liked the place.

Die Qualität der Betreuung war herausragend und das Ambiente einfach phänomenal.

Pros: Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam, die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt. Man spürt sofort, wie sehr sich hier um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt und freue mich von ganzem Herzen darauf, wieder hier übernachten zu dürfen.

Cons: Alles war einfach wunderbar – die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten, die gemütlichen Zimmer und die einladenden Gemeinschaftsbereiche. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich jedoch das unglaublich freundliche Personal, das mit so viel Herzlichkeit und Wärme für die Gäste da ist. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.

Pros: Das Personal war total hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und offen. Auch fand ein schönes Miteinander auch mit anderes Gästen statt und das obwohl wir nur einen Morgen aktiv da waren.

Pros: La dame qui s'occupe de l'hôtel est adorable, très aidante et patiente. C'est agréable d'arriver dans un nouveau pays et de se sentir bien accueilli.
