Nice play to stay, very chill

Pros: I liked that it is pet friendly, and that was the reason why we chose to book this place. Which ended up being very nice 👌🏻

A beautiful oceanfront resort

Pros: It was a beautiful oceanfront resort where you can experience the tropical mood. It was a resort of small houses surrounded by tropical trees. You just step out of the front gate and you are on a beautiful Pacific beach with soft sand which dark color we find charming. The rooms were spacious and clean and there was even a coffee machine. It's a bit remote which makes it super quiet and relaxing and means that the beach is almost yours. The staff was very friendly and the service was overall good.

Cons: The facilities were starting to get old. The door was a bit hanging - it was hard to open and close and left a hole big enough for geckos to enter. The coffee machine didn't work well and we couldn't make a good coffee. The breakfast was poor. Even though we were there at 3 pm we had to wait a bit for our room to be ready. All of these were relatively small issues but worth mentioning as the hotel was more like a medium-range rather than cheap.

Great place to relax for a couple of days!

Pros: The pool area was great. We really liked the bungalow style room we had, it was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times!

Cons: For breakfast and dinner you could simply feel the restaurant was understaffed constantly. The waiters were still extremely friendly, but waiting times for food were quite long regardless.

Pros: Loved the restaurant overlooking the beach. Pool was a bit small, but very nice.

Cons: Some areas need maintenance, but we saw the staff working to improve.

Beautiful hotel on one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Luxurious classic rooms, very comfy beds.

Pros: Loved the location of the hotel - it's right on Esterillos Beach, with some amazing sunsets. The pool is nice (a little small, but nice). Gym has great views of the ocean. The rooms have this classic hacienda style, with a really comfortable mattress. Staff were super friendly at reception. The restaurant is outdoors with views of Esterillos beach.

Cons: Loved this hotel. No complaints.

Excelente ubicación

Pros: Es un hotel sumamente tranquilo y con una excelente ubicación. Un punto alto para el área front desk, cordialidad y eficiencia, especialmente la señorita Wendy.

Todo pura vida!

Pros: Es la segunda visita que realizamos en familia y la atención del personal es excepcional, un trato amable y respetuoso incluso con mis pequeños peluditos Peque y Molly. Y, ni que decir de la espectacular vista al mar, la seguridad y tranquilidad para disfrutar cada atardecer.
