Comfortable stay immersed in beach life

Pros: The location is absolutely amazing, it’s directly in front of the beach. The pool is lovely and the staff are very helpful. The beach in front of the hotel is a spot for turtles to nest, and the hotel’s staff is involved in conservation. They have a number of protected nesting spots where teams relocate the eggs for them to hatch safely. Super comfortable hotel with a hand in conservation - I very much recommend this place for your stay in Jaco!

Pros: The front desk staff were very helpful. They booked us tours and helped booked the local bus back to San Jose. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant was fabulous along with the wait staff. Excellent location too!

Pros: The staff was incredible nice and spend a long time to help me figure out how I would safely get from the hotel to my next place. Thank you.

Pros: Everything was great, except the room had a spa bathtub with jets and there was not enough hot water to fill it above the jet line.

Pros: El servicio al cliente, desde la llegada, hasta la salida, en todo lugar, recepción, piscina, mantenimiento, restaurante, sin increíblemente amables

Cons: Griferia herrumbrada, aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho, la luz del baño en ocasiones servía, otras no. Me cobraron 2 habitaciones con cama doble y una de las habitaciones no eran las dos camas dobles.

Spectacular location, good value hotel. Steps to the beach and shops.

Pros: This place has a fantastic location. In front, just walk out the door to the beach. To the back are restaurants and shops. Breakfast was quite good and hardy.

Cons: Beds were comfortable but a bit creaky and they should buy new pillows. The ones they have are uncomfortable, foam rectangles.

Pros: Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa y completa

Cons: La habitación S3 no funciona la bañera, si ofrecen el servicio deberían de tenerlo en funcionamiento...

Pros: Me encanto la ubicación, siento que es muy privilegiada, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, la piscina tiene buena ubicación dentro del hotel, excelente vistas desde la terraza del restaurante

Cons: el parqueo tiene puntos en contra ya que frente del hotel posee parqueo quedo es utilizado por personas que no se hospedan. Otro punto fue que durante mi estancia tuve el desfortunio que otras personas que se hospedaban tomaron mi puesto de mesita fuera de mi habitación, sin mencionar que ellos teníane una actividad de cumpleaños y me vi invadida por ello. Se que el hotel es familiar pero también deberían ordenar un poco las áreas pues encontrarme toallas en mi mesa de habitación adicional sin asientos porque ellos los tomaron, no creo que este bien.

Pros: Todo me encanto pero realmente es complicado subir tantas gradas para llegar a la habitación
