Relaxing stay in Jaco

Pros: The location-right on the beach! The pool was good too and the hotel had a good vibe. Good parking area as well. Friendly staff. We spent more than 24 hours there and had a good time.

Cons: I booked a deluxe ocean view on booking but when we got there, the hotel manager said booking gave us the wrong room and they actually gave us a room without ocean view but facing the parking lot. We should have been offered a discount since they did not give us the room we had booked and paid for. Some more maintenance in the bathroom is due as well. I wish they changed the reggae music they constantly played in the bar and restaurant area. Some Latin tunes could have been nice.

Pros: We enjoyed the location and being on the quiet end of the strip. The two Eric's - manager and server were both amazing!! The traditional breakfast and my wife loved the whole snapper dinner!!

Cons: room safe was not attached. A little musty but its the jungle and humid so I get it.

Nice place for a relaxing night with a beach cocktail at a reasonable price.

Pros: Hotel, bar/restaurant and pool is right on the beach at the very south end of Jaco beach, less crowded than the main beach. Room was large and comfortable and had coffee machine. The included tico breakfast was great.

Cons: Toilet hole was not cleaned too well. Bed frame was noisy/squeaky when rolling over.

Pros: We stay here regularly now. It's got a good, happy vibe. The beach is beautiful this end. The staff are lovely. The rooms are cool & comfortable. The food is delicious 😋 There's nothing not to like, unless you're exceptionally fussy!

Pros: Breakfast was limited option but still very good value Room was great size, bed comfortable and clean

Cons: The fridge was not mounted properly, unstable on the stand The lock on the door was difficult to lock and unlock

Beautifully simple 🤩

Pros: I love this hotel. It's in the best location....down the quiet end of the beach and very beautiful. It's clean, simple, spacious rooms are very comfortable and had everything I need. The staff are wonderful - helpful & friendly - and the beach restaurant is great, lovely food, good music with an incredible view. If you don't fancy getting sandy, there's a pool too with lots of beds. Great little hotel, in short. I'm staying again next week! ☺️🌊🌴🌺

Clean and comfortable, right by the beach

Pros: Easy to find Right by the beach Large room with comfortable bed and air con. Clean and tidy. Great breakfast.

Cons: Perhaps a little dated in terms of the decor of the room

Nice place to stay

Pros: The hotel is in a beautiful location, with lovely sunset views. Beach was nice, though there were no free beach chairs provided by the hotel. Pool was nice and there were plenty of chairs there. Pool towels provided but no beach towels. Full breakfast was included. Nice rocking chairs outside the rooms to sit on and enjoy the ocean views. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was always open.

Cons: The front desk was open very limited hours. Our room was only cleaned once during our 5-night stay, and even then I had to ask for it to be done. There were very weird and restrictive rules - no food or water bottles allowed in public areas, no alcohol permitted anywhere on the property unless you bought it from them at very inflated prices.

Had a great time at this location.

Pros: The location was great. Staff was nice, Angie at the desk was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
