Comfortable stay in traditional Costa Rica style.

Pros: Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful great - traditional Costa Rican fare. Magnificent mango trees in the garden. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons: Bathrooms need some updates. We could not get the hot water to come out of the shower head,. Not a big issue as we were only there for one night, and one cold shower didnyhurt us.

Pros: We ended up booking at Hotel Javy when our flight arrived later than expected and hotels closer to the airport were full. It was a bit odd to find as in a neighborhood in Liberia. Once we arrived, there was secure parking, rooms were clean, staff were pleasant. Appeared to be a nice little hotel. Breakfast was included and tasty.

Cons: Only negative was that there were only sheets on the beds. Would be nice to have even a light blanket.

Pros: Charming spot — excellent breakfast included with room. Was a fantastic way to welcome us to Costa Rica. (Secured parking was a bonus in the city—not because it felt dangerous, just because it was convenient and then we didn’t have to worry.) It was all very easy and comfortable.

Pros: Everything was clean and check in process was very easy. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good as well

Best Price and Value

Pros: A great value. Is a very pretty hotel with secure gated parking. Checkin was easy. Room was spacious and clean. One bed was soft and other hard. AC worked good. The breakfast was quick, plentiful and good.

Cons: Parking area is a bit tight but reception staff will guide to avoid accidents. Area got noisy quite early as is in a residential area. Hot water took a while to reach our room on the 2nd floor.
