Pros: The staff was superb! I and my friend enjoyed every minute of our stay with you! The food was amazing and everyone one super kind.when we walked towards the restaurant we were pleasantly surprised to see the peacocks everywhere! They were amazing and so beautiful 🤩 . The beds were so comfortable and the room super clean.

3 star hotel in a 4 star property
Pros: The pool area is surrounded by a beautiful garden where several big Guanacaste trees cast their shadows. I also loved peacocks wandering the area. Finally, the breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again, as the location is great for exploring Liberia's downtown area on foot and for setting up the rest of the other long trips across Guanacaste by car.
Cons: The hotel needs some new updates; it´s getting old, and besides that, some noise at night is coming from the highway and bars located in front of the property.

Convenient for a short stay in the Liberia area.
Pros: It was quiet at night even though the highway is not too far away. Loved the peacocks wandering around. The breakfast was very good. We were quite busy with organized day trips/sightseeing and did not use the pool very often but the pool itself is very good, including a separate kiddie pool if you have young ones. People we met on our day trips were surprised that we were staying in Liberia, believing everyone goes straight to the beach, but for our trip the BW El Sitio worked perfectly.
Cons: I don’t think the casino is operating anymore, or at least not when we were there. No problem though, we don’t gamble. The room had a coffee maker to heat water for tea but a kettle would be better. My wife used the coffee maker for her coffee though.

Great jumping off spot for my Costa Rica holiday.
Pros: Grounds were available to enjoy nature for my brief stay.
Cons: I had prebooked a taxi from the Airport by way of the hotel...no service so a negative introduction to Hotel service.

Pros: Nice pool and garden with peacocks. Room was ok. 15 minutes away from the airport.
Cons: Staff at the restaurant would benefit from learning few words in English. Breakfast could have been better, as well as a la carte menu.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and the room comfortable and clean. The pool area and gardens were really nice. Saw more unique and colourful birds in the gardens than anywhere else on our trip! The included breakfast was good. The location was convenient to shopping and a few restaurants but the hotel restaurant was also good.
Cons: Our only complaint would be the noise at night. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night and there was a lot of noise presumably from the patrons at or around the nightclub across the street. Lots of revving of cars and motorbikes until quite early in the morning. We were in room 6 but perhaps a room in another part of the hotel would not have been so noisy. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay...and if you are a night clubber I guess it would be perfect!!

Convenient location and reasonable price for an overnight stay.
Pros: Great location at a reasonable price for an early morning flight from Liberia. The info should be updated that there is NO Casino. It's very quiet.
Cons: Everything was as expectrd . Older hotel but had everything we needed for 1 night.
