Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again, especially if the restaurant offered more variety.

Pros: Breakfast was not taken. Locations is quiet and just a short walk to nearby megastore for everything.

Cons: The restaurant menu was extremely limited .

Stayed one good night here and walked safely to the nearest street mall 15 minutes away.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe in the hotel and in the neighborhood. I walked to the nearest street mall about 15min away and felt safe.

Good value for a comfortable stopover before/after the airport

Pros: An easy, comfortable and safe stopover in convenient location before heading to the airport. Very clean and great value for money.

Cons: Either there was no hot water, or I just couldn’t figure out how to make it work.

Exactly what I expected , without knowing it in advance .

Great for a one night stay

Pros: The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The room was basic but had what we needed for our one night stay. We got there later in the evening and we were happy that the attached restaurant was still open. Food in the restaurant was great!!! The ladies in the restaurant were so helpful with information. (My Spanish is sub - par but we were able to communicate just fine.) The location is away from the center of town, but we chose this hotel because of that. Interbus makes a stop at the hotel, which we used to get to Monteverde. They arranged a shuttle pick up for us from the Airport to the hotel. Daniel (shuttle driver) was a really nice person. I would recommend him for any shuttles in the area or to other parts of Costa Rica.
