Pleasant hotel. Friendly Staff very entertaining watching the monkeys we were close to the pool so the steep slopes were

Pros: The dehumidifier in the room ,clean room and friendliness of the staff

Cons: The food. Piled high with chips and rice together, very greasy my partner couldn’t eat it and the righteous cleared it away without asking why he left it.

A truly one-of-a-kind experience in the jungle.

Pros: Everything. The restaurant, pool area, the incredible views, easy access to the beach, and the service personnel were truly amazing.

Cons: Hard to say.

The staff made this a memorably happy stay

Pros: Staff were excellent; very friendly, responsive and efficient.

Cons: Our first room was very damp so we had to change rooms, but the next one had a defective toilet, which was eventually resolved. The staff were very good about sortng out these problems

A great place to stay if in Manuel Antonio. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. It’s a slog uphill to get into town

Pros: Great views, the staff, the pool, the quirkiness of the hotel. Food was very good.

Cons: The place and rooms could do with a little update and the breakfast could have a little more choice. Although these points wouldn’t put me off from returning.

Pros: High quality hotel in a location with beautiful views overlooking the sea. Fun watching the monkeys each day about 5pm trying to raid the hotels. Good food - I would stay again

Cons: Walk down the beach was a bit of a walk down a lot of steps. Beach was very rocky when trying to go into the sea so would recommend wet shoes, otherwise was quite painful but otherwise a beautiful sandy beach

Fantastic hotel, restaurant and staff

Pros: If you arrive at Manuel Antonio, this is the absolute best hotel, with the amazing views great restaurant and facilities.

Cons: Nothing at the hotel, but Manuel Antonio itself is a very busy place. We gave up and stayed at the hotel which was awesome.

Nice hotel near Manual Antonio with access to a beautiful little beach.

Pros: Beautiful location. The Biesanz beach which you can reach via a short jungle trail from the hotel is also a nice plus. Manuel Antonio NP nearby. The room was spacious. What we liked the most was viewing the monkeys from the swimming pool. It was very entertaining to see them walk around the premises and occasionally sneak into a room of someone who had left their terrace door open.

Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff , my bf went fishing and brought tuna to the hotel where one of the chefs prepared for us, spacious rooms.

We had a great stay

Pros: Loved staying here, the adults pools especially is really nice with a bar serving food and drinks. Having access to Biesanz beach through the hotel was a selling point to us, where we went and relaxed and swam in the mornings with not too many people. Be careful it’s a steep 10min walk down, the walk back up could be tough for someone less fit! Same goes with the grounds itself, it’s located on a very steep hill to go up to the restaurant and pool but they have golf carts to help you. Staff were really lovely. Lots of wildlife around including a big group of monkeys that came down to the pool area one night. The views from breakfast were fab.

Cons: Room was a bit tired. Food from the restaurant is a bit hit and miss, the sushi and ceviche were great but I felt some of the dishes were overpriced and bland (seafood pasta)
