Best Western Hotel & Casino Kamuk

Good hotel, value for money. Would stay there again.

Pros: Breakfast room was self-serve and the food was excellent. Lots of choices and fresh fruit. Staff was super nice and friendly. My room was very tiny but sufficient for me. I didn't realize there were blankets available and froze during the night. Shut off the A/C and got too hot. My fault. Conveniently located right in town yet it was quiet in the evening. Would stay there again.

Cons: I wish I had known that blankets were available. My room was so tiny that I didn't see the cupboard where the blankets were kept. Couldn't find an outlet near the bed to charge my phone. Only outlet was across the room.

Pros: Large comfortable bed + smaller bed, two chairs and a table inside, one chair on the balcony. Spacious bathroom, wardrobe and a hair dryer. Nice and clean pool, delicious breakfast. Close to good restaurants.

Good for short stay

Pros: Clean and central. Close to bus station. Good breakfast choice. Friendly staff. Nice Swimming pool area. Good for stopovers but, if you’re looking for beach holiday, I suggest to book somewhere else, in Manuel Antonio (16min away by bus to Quepos)

Cons: Noise from the street going on till 2am (at weekends till 4am) is just horrendous. Hotel provided earplugs but to little avail.

As espected.

Pros: The staff was fast and efficient, I got there about 2 hours before check-in time, but the room was ready so I was able to check in early. The place was super clean, and the showers have great pressure and hot water (not always guaranteed around here)

Cons: The pillows were really hard and the beds are not really great.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and breakfast restaurant was lovely, nice view.

Cons: There was no view in the balcony, it was in the hall.

Pros: The suite was good sized, beds were comfortable, location was good.

Cons: Nothing.

I think that it still reaches the expectations, but bring your ear plugs!

Pros: I Iiked the swimming pool A LOT, and the bedroom was everything we needed.

Cons: The breakfast is poor for this price! We are in Costa Rica where fruits are everywhere and the breakfast had industrial orange juice, no gluten free alternative, no lactose free options. Plus, you can hear EVERYTHING in and outside the hotel; that is the worst part. for this hotel unfortunately.

Pros: Loved this hotel and their service to triathletes with a welcome amenity, super early breakfast and extended hours for breakfast after the race.

Nice comfortable stay with some great staff that gives you a welcome feeling.

Pros: I liked the staff, they were very nice. Gave us some great recommendation around the area and gave us even an option for late check out

Cons: Everything was nice, maybe a coffeecorner in the lobby would be lovely

Buena experiencia.

Pros: El desayuno fue increíble y las instalaciones del hotel son clásicas pero confortables, además, la piscina es muy agradable. No es lujoso o moderno pero es cómodo, me volvería a alojar en este sitio.

Cons: Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas.
