Hotel La Mansion Inn Arenal

The Jewel of Lake Arenal

Pros: What a jewel. Looking out onto Lake Arenal was so peaceful and relaxing. Staff are pleasant and ernest to help in any situation. The pool and hot tub were well appreciated after hiking and climbing at other venues. Tried all breakfasts and all were delicious. Enjoyed having drinks on the outdoor patios. Beds were comfortable and the wall art made for an enchanting stay.Would highly recommend.

Cons: Air conditioning was not working on last evening.

Pros: Everything was perfect, it’s beautiful, very clean, the restaurant is delicious !

Magical moment in a quiet and peaceful place

Pros: Location: quizt and peacefull and close to Arenal. Incredible view from the rooms The staff is kind and helpful Good breakfast We stated for dinner and it was really good with an incredible view.

Cons: Not a lot of rooms where occupied, so we felt a bit alone sometimes.

Stunning views and fanastic staff

Pros: Staff were fantastic and very professional. They paid great attention to details regarding customer care. The location was simply stunning. Overlooking the Arenal lake, it was the perfect place to spend some days during out trip. We were given a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated, and it had everything we need: a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, fridge and coffee machine. The room also had a little porch from we enjoyed the wonderful views of the lake and it was perfect to relax. The breakfast was very nice with different options included and they always offered fresh fruit. Additionally, they had a pool table which we really enjoyed, and a jacuzzi which was also very nice. Nearby there are quite a few nice places to eat. They also have a laundry service that works very well and is very reasonably priced.

Cons: The room had ants even though we did not have open food packages (which we know can happen considering the environment) and although the spray the staff gave us helped a little bit, it was just impossible to get rid of them. At times, you could hear very loud little parrots in a nearby tree which is not very pleasant to hear at 5AM - We know this is not the hotel's fault but we thought it was worth mentioning.

Beautiful sunset

Pros: Nice hotel, lots of birds, two pools (one heated), and a very beautiful view of Lake Arenal🤩

Pros: Everything! The beaty of the surroundings, the view, the staff.

Cons: Wifi was not good. Abstain if you are a remote worker.

Excellent hospitality. Cesar in particular was charming, efficient and knowledgeable.

Pros: The most wonderful views, a piece of paradise! Great restaurant 2 minutes walk next door with great food, views and hospitality.

Cons: Variable temperature of water when showering.

Memorable and Scenic Trip

A special shout-out to Cris who wears many hats at the hotel and does a great job in all of them! He took great care of us during our stay. THANKS CRIS!!

Cons: Not much...everything was fine
