Pleasant and clean. Would recommend to others.

Pros: Proximity to town good pasture so and so but fine.

Cons: Ceiling fans outside our room would be nice while sitting.

Very relaxing, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed interaction with many of the other guests.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood, baked onto a field with farm animals. Lovely pool, which was very welcome with the hot temperature outside. Close walk to town or to the beach. There was several grocery stores in the area. \

Pros: Very well equipped shared kitchen and laundry. The pool was a very appreciated for relaxing in the heat of the day. Walkable to the Samara beach. Very helpful friendly owners on site.

Great peaceful stay in Samara.

Pros: Great place to stay in Samara. The hosts are incredible. We were a big group and they were very accommodating. The rooms and apartment are very well done with a very comfortable space. The pool is great for the weather and the help received was great.

Pros: We loved our stay at Las Perlitas. It's a bit out of town but doable walking to town and beach. We want to thank Cedric in special. He is a great host and helped us a lot. I had some tooth problems during our stay and Cedric helped us with calling the dentist. Also, we had a flat tire when we wanted to leave and Cedric was so kind to help us with the spare tire as well going with us to fix the tire. We really want to thank him for that! Las Perlitas is a quiet place with a nice swimming pool. It was also nice that we could used the washing machine for free! Would recommend a stay at this accommodation.

Cons: A bit out of town, but for us not a problem. There are pretty much insects around the place but that's not something that the owner can help.

Nice and quiet place

Pros: Very nice accommodation in a quiet area. Beautiful view of the garden and the pool, as well as an adjacent meadow with horses and cows. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything necessary (air conditioning, fan, small fridge, etc.). It's about a 15-minute walk to the town or the beach. The host is super nice and helpful.

Pros: A true gem in Samara! It‘s located about a 10 min walk from the main strip and therefore nice and quiet with views out on the fields. The host Cédric is super nice and accommodating! When I got food poisoning on the last day he let us stay longer and then finally extended our stay for another night! We would come back anytime!

Best place ever!

Pros: The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Samara. The staff (Cedric and Beatrix) at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Las Perilitas is one of the best hotels in Samara. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Costa Rica. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Pura-Vida.

Pros: The pool was clean and perfect at any time of the day. The outdoor kitchen was clean and adequate for our needs. The location was perfect if you have a car! The dogs and kitty were a homey feel to our long vacation, we loved them.

Cons: In the listing online says this stay offers a washer machine. Although that is not the case, Elaine was amazing and offered to wash a load for us. Our room was right next to the walk way by the door so you could hear everything at any time of the day.

Pros: The owner is the sweetest host you can dream of, very kind and lovely lady. The kitchen and the room were far exceeding our expectations as the place is very clean. We could enjoy the swimming pool once we were back from the beach. Our stay was really perfect
