Lovely! Would recommend highly to others
Pros: Our room was spacious, and the pool/gardens surrounding it were beautiful! The location was ideal for those wanting to be close to the beach, but also set back enough for peace and tranquillity.
Cons: Having to pay extra for juice at breakfast, which all other hotels we stayed at during our travels around Costa Rica were inclusive in the breakfast rate.

Beautiful natural lodge were you can really enjoy yourself
Pros: - Pool within the natural surroundings - breakfast was exzellent - receptionist was always helpful and kind - the room was clean, calm, very modern and hidden at the back of the hotel that provided privacy - the whole hotel and its garden - the house where we had breakfast and Yoga sessions took place on the first floor Special thank you for the early check-in and the breakfast box they provided on early check-out
Cons: The prices of the drinks at the reception were way too high The mattress was a little bit too hard for us

Pros: Set back from the main drag, Fuego is a little oasis of calm. Lovely garden and pool, friendly staff, comfy bed, cold aircon, short walk to the beach.

Cons: The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbours pretty good. And bed linens were of polyester, that's not pleasant to sleep in.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Definitely would recommend and stay again
Pros: Liked everything about this property. Idyllic boutique hotel. Quiet oasis away from the noisy, busy main road. Easy walking distance to the beautiful beach of Santa Teresa, supermarkets, soda bars, restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable. and spacious. Lovely breakfast area with very good breakfasts and service. Nice pool area with comfortable sun loungers. Staff excellent, especially Sophia and Sofia.
Cons: No WiFi in the room. However. there was WiFi in the restaurant area which was very close and nice to relax with WiFi.

Pros: The room was really clean and the bathroom facilities were modern.
Cons: The pool could have been cleaned more often, a lot of dead insects in the pool made it slightly unappealing.

Good location, nice stay - highly recommended
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Fuego Lodge and even extended it. It was nice to have our own kitchen, to change the scenary of the regular casado’s and other typical local food around here. The supermarket is down the road, the closest “soda” as well, as many other restaurants and shops are within a 5-10min walking distance. Every day, the cleaner provided new towels and cleaned the room. Breakfast had 4 options, as well as unlimited tea and coffee. Reception is easily to reach via Whatsapp. Free parking in front of the gate. Feels like you are in nature, but still close to all you need.
Cons: Breakfast lady wasn’t very friendly

Quiet, peaceful oasis
Pros: Super friendly staff, the breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable with AC. It felt like a little oasis, a few meters from the beach and the main street, but still quiet and peaceful. The pool was the perfect reward after a long day at the beach. Would definitely come back.
