Pros: Carmel and his wife are so friendly. The property is finished to a really high standard and in a very good location to restaurants and the beaches.

Incredible place

Pros: Our host was amazing, this place is a little heaven of peace in the middle of Santa Teresa. Everything was always really clean and the rooms are really spacious!

Lovely stay in the heart of Santa Teresa

Pros: Kind friendly hosts, very attentive. Examples: poured us a glass of champagne on arrival as it was our honeymoon, made us takeaway coffees on our departure day. Large room with everything you need and near to nice beach bars and restaurants etc. Felt more like a homestay / Airbnb than a hotel.

Cons: We had a couple of early starts (pre-8am) which meant we missed breakfast on 2 of 3 mornings. (Only a negative as the 1 day we had breakfast, it was lovely!)

Intimate, modern amenities in the heart of Santa Theresa

Pros: Carmel’s attention to detail & modern, large rooms. Breakfast was nice too

Cons: A rooftop area would be nice. Also a bar or options to get a drink. Also, our room had a roof window that was partially open in the bathroom. So it made the bathroom & room very hot, especially when the power went out.

Pros: Best stay, loved everything about it. Unreal Cheff to cook you incredible meals. The sweetest staff willing to help all your needs. Can't wait to come back to this property.
