Pros: - Amazing food and drinks at the restaurant - Very stylish hotel - Close to the beach and many cafés and restaurants - Nice gym (one to two cardio machines would have been great)

Cons: - Construction site at hotel (even on a Sunday) - The worst thing was a very bad smell in our room coming from the bathroom especially during the night - It was very loud on a Saturday during their DJ party so we could hardly sleep - Even though the hotel is close to the beach there is a super dusty street right next to it

Pros: Amazing vibe at Somos, if you want a mix of live music, surfing and friendly staff/guests. We loved it here.

Cons: Live music nights could be very loud in the dorm rooms, but fine with ear plugs

Best hostel experience I’ve had from anywhere in the world.

Pros: Amazing staff, so tentative and proactive. Facilities are amazing with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Reception, Shop and restaurant staff all providing an exceptional customer service.

Cons: Nothing to not like about this place!

Pros: Great property! I stayed in the king room and it was massive! Great aesthetic. The beach is a short walk away and lots of great restaurants nearby. The whole place has a vibe and always something going on, I loved it and would stay again! I also booked surf lessons and a massage through the hotel - which was great!

Cons: The pool is beautiful but the water isn’t something I necessarily wanted to get into. The first day my hot water didn’t work so had to wait for the next day for it to be fixed.

Pros: Loved it! Great atmosphere, cool and chill vibe, aesthetic decor, great rooms and bathrooms (even fancy for a hostel), delicious food and drinks, good music…. I could go on! Lots of cool activities to book as well. Overall, great place as a young traveler looking for a cute, clean and fun place to stay and meet people!

Pros: I loved the pool and the many activities available. The cafe had food that was 10/10. The vibe was nice, and everyone was sociable and friendly. The bed in the room was massive and the perfect size for two people.

Cons: The room was cozy and had a nice charm to it, but we found it a bit pricey for what was provided. The bathroom could use some updates, but overall, we had a pleasant stay!

Hype and friendly

Pros: Everything. There’s a gym upstairs, beds are comfortable, the staff was nice. If you’re ok with social events and loud music, you’re in the right place

Cons: That food wasn’t labeled and hence there were cases of theft. Plus the cleaning staff threw my food away which was supposed to be for the road
