Perfect for families with children

Pros: Let's start with the location – it's literally a 2-minute walk from the beach, right in the center of Santa Teresa, a simply perfect location! Moving on to the staff, Rotem and his team are available and helpful with any issue, taking care of every detail, offering advice on anything you need – just ask, and it's all done with a smile and impressive courtesy! The facilities themselves match the price level; there's a lovely pool that my kids didn't want to leave, the room is very comfortable, and there's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. In short, a great place, highly recommended!

Great family appartment in Santa Teresa

Pros: Well equiped and very spacious appartment. Everthing was fine. Beds are very confortable

unexpectedly large place in overall fairly good condition! not that far from the beach either

Pros: We were really impressed as it turned out to be an entire semi-detached house we got, Casa-Avi - the owner, Rotem, is on the other side of the wall and is very accommodating/responsive (we had a situation develop, and he worked tirelessly for over an hour despite having an injury to make things right).

Cons: Despite the modern-feeling of the house, it's still in a tropical climate, thankfully it has three AC units. But we still saw occasional ants inside, and even a small lizard on the ceiling downstairs (though that was actually a bit of a treat). The house is overall in pretty good shape. The plumbing however could use some work :-) and the upstairs shower knob for example, just spin freely so it's hard at first to know in what position they were off). It's still an incredible amount of space you get though! I wish we found it sooner as we only came across it when desperate for one more night.

Pros: Nice and clean accomadation. Friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee! Nice pool. Just a few minutes to the beach. Nice area in front of the bungalows with hammocks.

Cons: AC was dripping.

Great location, good sized rooms, swimming pool needs attention

Pros: Great location, good sized room, very clean, comfortable beds. Great to have a kitchen and hammock chill area, swimming pool and manicured gardens a real bonus

Cons: Lots of bugs got into the room (7 ants in the toilet at one point!) which freaked our daughter out. The pool desperately needs the tiles regrouting or replacing as they are really sharp (we both cut our knees and our daughter cut her toe).

Pros: Nice and comfortable apartments that are basic but well equipped. Really great to have a kitchen. Nice pool area. Very cute kittens! Very friendly and knowledgeable owners. We loved our stay here and would definitely return. The apartments are set back from the road which is nice as it makes it nice and quiet.

Cons: Our 2 bed apartment had no living/dining area. That area had become a bedroom. You could eat outside though.

Pros: Everything about this place is beautiful, nice gardens, the pool was amazing, free coffee in the common area daily, the cabins were very clean and the kitchen had almost everything I needed to make meals. The cats on the property were an added bonus. I would definitely return, such a paradise!

Cons: Not a thing. Ok, maybe that I had to buy a spatula, lol.

Can't wait to go again!!

Pros: Location is GREAT! It's near a walking entrance to the beach (less than 10min walk), close to restaurants and supermarket. I dare to say it is impossible to find a better 'Value for money' in this area area Gorgeous gardens and nice pool area to cool down It might sound dumb but A/C is very good, which you can't say for all places

Cons: It could do with some TLC/redecoration: a lick of paint here and there, fresher curtains and bedding, small details like that but again, for the price, I wouldn't complain!

Fab hotel, set back from the main road so nice & quiet!

Pros: Lovely little bungalow with a kitchen surrounded by nature. Nice pool. Lots of wildlife around, even an armadillo! Awesome hammock :)

Comfortable & safe stay in busy Santa Teresa

Pros: Great location but hidden enough for quite nights. The rooms are spacious, practical and good value. Lovely pool & tropical garden. Rotem was a great host.
