Definitely a great place to stay and relax, very quick access to the beach and restaurants/bars (15 min walk max)

Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff responsiveness, tranquillity

Cons: Our room did not have a little sit down area (table and chairs), not enough space to hang clothes for a week stay and water pressure was too low (probably due to the water shortages)

Private, Quiet, Convenient, Modern, Clean and Affordable

Pros: Excellent stay and very friendly and clean. The pool area was great and the room and accommodations were high quality! Convenient short walk from restaurants, shops, activities and the beach.

Cons: The bed needed a little heavier blanket (a little larger and heavier)

Amazing Stay

Pros: The whole experience at the hotel was incredible. The owner was amazing and made us feel right at home as soon as we got there. He was always available to ensure we had everything we needed. i could not fault the experience, made our honeymoon rememberable

Pros: This place has everything you need! Absolutely gorgeous, exceptional hotel and very attentive host :) Looks even better than the pictures and would be our first place to stay when we come back to Tamarindo!

Great location, nice place

Pros: The owners were away the week we stayed but Michelle who was helping out did a great job.

Cons: The lock to get into the property was a nuisance. If you accidently put the wrong code then it won't work and we had to call Michelle to come open the door.

Just perfect!

Pros: Both hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave us tips on activities and markets and it was nice to chat spontaneously by the pool from time to time and learn something about them and Costa Rica. Even when I fell ill, they advised me where I could get medical treatment. The hotel is also fantastic. It is very modern and clean:) you can escape the heat in the rooms:) we really enjoyed my stay there:) Daisy and Pit from Luxembourg

Perfect

Pros: The owners were amazing, amenities were perfect, rooms were nice, location is great (only 5mins to walk to town).

Cons: Plumbing needs some tlc, there was no body cream & shampoo/conditioner

Would recommend to anyone who likes a stylish boutique hotel with a personal touch of the owners!

Pros: The property is completely new and really stylish! Our room was spacious and had great amenities such as a proper place to hang your clothes, a fully equipped kitchen and of course a coffee machine with supply of delicious Italian coffee. The pool area was great and very relaxing. We also enjoyed the proximity to town and beach - we did not need to take the car a single time. In addition Dino and Maria, the owners, we so hospitable and made us really feel at home! They helped us with some nice restaurant recommendations during our stay in Tamarindo.

Cons: As we have visited during low season the pool wasn’t regularly cleaned.

Stay was great. Maria, the manager, is very nice and helpful.

Pros: Location is great. Easy walk to town and the beach.

Cons: There are only curtains to cover all the windows and they don’t block out the light or provide enough privacy. The addition of roll down blinds would really help. Also, right now there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel which can make it a bit noisy during the day.
