Superb experience!
Pros: The hosts are helpful while remaining very discreet. Breakfast varied between days and all of them were excellent! The entire place is thoughtfully designed and beautifully embedded in the surrounding landscape and nature..

A true gem for an unforgettable experience
Pros: Everything was perfect! Our stay was simply amazing and we loved everything about it. From the excellent, convenient location, the luxuriousness and comfort of the suite, to the extremely helpful and hospitable staff. The beds were very comfortable and allowed us perfect rest, and the breakfast was fantastic with a different menu every day. The hotel offered a breathtaking views that left us in awe every morning & night. Whether it was watching the sunrise from my room or enjoying a sunset on the terrace, the vistas were nothing short of spectacular. Canta la Rana is a true gem which offers an incredible experience and Juan and Patrick are the perfect hosts

Heaven on earth!
Pros: Oh my gosh, this place is a magical paradise! Just go. You'll be transported to a supremely relaxing and decadent beach jungle. We stayed in the room with its own infinity pool - WORTH IT! Breakfasts are divine, the views are off the charts, all the finishings are gorgeous and thoughtful. We kept noticing cool touches and said nothing is overlooked or unplanned at Canta La Rana. They've seriously thought of everything ! You'll marvel at the location and wonder how in the world did they build such an amazing retreat on this high ridge. But it's perfect! And very, very close to the beach (although you'll want to drive, and have a 4x4 - no joke)!
Cons: Absolutely nothing! I wanted to live there.

A wonderful relaxed place
Pros: Patrick and Juan Carlos were great hosts, they‘ve built a wonderful peaceful and private place. The views are outstanding, breakfast homemade with lots of love served by both owners every morning. Patrick designed something very special. Both were very caring! We loved everything about it!

Pura vida
Pros: I adore this place, the design of the House, the communion with nature, falling aspleep and waking up with the wave of the pacific ocean, watching the sunset… This is an experience i will remember for a long Time, this is the perfect echo of Pura vida, the hymn of Costa Rica. The personel is so thoughtful, every detail was perfect … the information given are on point, for beaches, restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with homemade jam, juice, freshly baked bread, and each day différent, we were waiting for it with impatience. And even a thank you note and they washed our car before leaving without us asking for it …. Thank you for the stay and Hope to be back soon. For info : a 4x4 is needed to go to the House.

True masterpiece with great hosts 😁😁
Pros: !Amazing Hotel on wordwide top level! The architecture is done very well with the overall idea creating a relaxing and calm space while keeping it luxurious and classy. Besides the amazing property and great view & delicious home made breakfast, the hosts are the true soul of this accomandation. We were greeted and treated like friends and received nothing but honest kindness. Thank you again for this wonderful time 😃. Pura Vida! We hope to come back some time….

Un séjour de rêve!
Pros: L accueil très sympathique de Patrick et Ruan, toujours aux petits soins afin que nous passions le meilleur séjour possible. Le lieu et la chambre absolument magnifiques, décor de rêve, grande chambre décorée avec goût, très belle salle de bains et douche extérieure, vue incroyable, superbe piscine. Délicieux petits déjeuners faits maison différents chaque jour avec jus de fruits frais. Un plaisir d arriver, difficile de partir, une escale que nous n oublierons pas!

Spectacular!!!
Pros: Patrick and Juan Carlos are fabulous hosts. They are so accommodating and thought of every little detail to make our stay absolutely flawless. Everything was pristine. The amenities were impeccable. The architecture is beautifully designed.The breakfasts they made were so delicious and presented beautifully. The location is phenomenal with a fantastic view. These guys are a class act!!! On a scale from 1-10, we give it a 20!
Cons: Nothing with the accommodations. Road to get there is a bit rough. 4WD is recommended.

Perfekte Unterkunft um total zu entspannen. Perfekte Gastgeber die sich mit viel Liebe um alles kümmern. 10!
Pros: Wir waren im März 2025 für 3 Nächte als Pärchen dort. Noch nie haben wir einen so liebevollen Service in einer so tollen luxuriösen Unterkunft erlebt. Viel Diskretion so dass man glaubte allein in Costa Rica zu sein. Ein wunderbares Frühstück welches in die Unterkunft gebracht wurde ließ den Tag schon einmal gut beginnen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
