Familien Hotel in Costa Rica begeistert mit eigenem Käse und frischen Produkten in schöner Berglage

Pros: Die Lage ist wunderschön etwas in den Bergen. Panorama Sicht über die Kleinstadt und das umliegende Land. Das einzige Mal auf unserer Costa Rica Reise, wo wir Käse zum Frühstück erhalten haben. Das Familiengeführte Hotel hat eigene Kühe und somit die Milch. Sie produzieren ihren eigenen Käse. Wir durften bereits zum Nachtessen, als Vorspeise eine Käseplatte mit den selbst gemachten, verschiedenen Käse geniessen. Zur Hauptspeise ein leckeres Risotto mit Pulpo. Auch hat die Familie eine eigene Plantage mit Früchten und einen Kräuter Garten, aus dem sie die Kräuter für die Küche nehmen. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einzelnen Bungalows mit grossem Balkon. In der Hängematte konnten wir den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lassen und Eichhörnchen die längste Zeit beim Nüsse knabbern beobachten. :-) Sehr schade dass wir nur eine Nacht dort sein konnten. Wir hätten am liebsten noch ein paar Tage angehängt.

Pros: Quaint, comfortable cabins in beautiful settings among beautiful trees, gardens and birds with beautiful views. Amazing restaurant with delicious farm to table meals and decadent desserts, and exceptionally friendly and courteous staff.

Un lugar para descansar y comer delicioso

Pros: El lugar cuenta con una vista espectacular, los anfitriones se esmeran por hacer que tu visita se desarrolle de la mejor forma, siempre atentos a cuidar los detalles. En la misma propiedad hay un vivero muy lindo y se puede hacer un tour a la lechería.

Pros: AMAZING! Welcoming and generous, Don Lolo is a family-owned business with a fabulous view, excellent breakfast (included), and great people. Enjoying our morning coffee surrounded by toucans, hummingbirds and other birds was fabulous. We visited their cheese factory where the staff generously shared a lot of info on their cheese production. We also visited their green house and garden. We give Don Lolo 12/10 ;)

Naturaleza y paz sorprendente

Pros: La habitación, muy linda, niebla, pájaros y ardillas en la mañana, que belleza!

Cons: En el Check in, no tenian las llaves y eso atraso mi acceso a la habitación
