Clean and new

Pros: Clean, new and well located. There are restaurants a few minutes walk away. The hotel only told us about the one opposite which was soulless. When I looked on the internet I found some lovely ones within walking distance down a dirt track near beach.

Cons: It said on booking.com that there was a terrace and I paid extra for this but non of the rooms have terraces. I knew there was no breakfast so that was my fault but the manager and owners just hang about trying to look busy on computers. I suggest they take 2 hours out of the day to provide breakfast. Likewise there is a nice bar with a coffee machine and beer. They could spend time behind the bar and give the place some atmosphere. It’s a shame really as the place could be lovely.

Pros: Very nice room and common areas. Nice with the shared kitchen. Very friendly staff and super nice with laundry service.

Cons: Some scarcity in kitchen utilities and tableware relative to the amount of guests using it, so had to wait a bit or be a little creative. The bed feels like it has a plastic cover or something which knocks down the comfort level slightly. The room felt a little humid at times and was hard to get airflow to change out the air in the room.

Pros: Nice pool, really close to one of the nicest beach I ever saw

Nice location for Uvita

Pros: Nice minalmistic design, nice pool and communal area and kitchen. Quiet. Nice location. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Cons: Our AC packed up (reported).With no fan, We had two very hot nights. bed was very firm and room a little cramped.

Beautiful place to stay

Pros: The atmosphere was great along with the housekeeping and location.

Cons: I didn’t realise it was a self help kitchen so you can do your own cooking which would have been useful to know but there’s a supermarket close by

New and clean hotel

Pros: The location was great and close to the beach. The place is clean and new and the staff is helpful.

Cons: The restaurant was not open yet which means no breakfast. The room was a little too small and the bathroom floor was perpetually wet because of the shower design. There is a restaurant nearby that holds live music events, which was great for us because it was fun but the music can be loud for those who want silence.

Pros: The host Caroline is extremely friendly and helps with everything you might need . the common Patio is wonderful, we liked that space very much, a lot of attention to the decoration has been brought to this location, beautiful, very clean!!!

Cons: It might be a bit difficult for people to share the kitchen area from a hygiene’s perspectives . might be better to equipp the rooms with their own dish washing set (sponge, brush.. ) we had a deluxe room which shows in the descripting having a balcony or patio… this might be a bit misleading

Lovely new place in great location for the national park!

Pros: Great location for the beach - including the ability to walk along to Uvita Bahia. The bed was very hard but they were really kind and swapped out the mattress. Cooking facilities were really good too. Lovely area to sit and chill in. Staff were all really friendly and kind.

Cons: Could do with a few more cushions on chairs and comfy places to sit and relax in the shade. Would be useful to have a small safe in the room.

Pros: By far the best place in costa rica we have stayed. Clean, comfortable and great service. The place looks amazing and feels really like paradise. Nice lounge chairs to read. Has a very good shower and fully equipped kitchen

Pros: Un hotel con encanto con mi buena ubicación e instalaciones comunes impresionantes. Personal muy agradable y familiar, buena limpieza y parking privado en el hotel. Muy cerca de playa Chamán y playa Colonia. Perfecto para ir andando hasta Cola de Ballena.
