Beautiful beautiful place

Pros: Beautiful setting, clean and confortable room, delicious breakfast, we saw many animals and rare birds.

Cons: A bit difficult to access, but that was the case for many of the hotels we stayed at, it's part of deal in Costa Rica :-)

Amazing views

Pros: Beautiful remote position but with a wonderful Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away. The Uvita Perdida restaurant (10 mins drive away) is fantastic for viewing the whale's tale, for sunset drinks and for delicious food.

Cons: The rooms aren't huge but that's partially be ause tge beds are so big, which was more important to us.

Exceptional !

Pros: The location was perfect ! The hospitality from the host was impeccable. Honestly, the breakfast, the room, the pool, the sunset, the animals we saw, everything was just amazing ! Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like. The host was specific about having a 4X4 to get to the location and indeed this is something you need ! Anyone traveling to Costa Rice should get a 4X4.

Pros: This was one of the nicest hotels we ever stayed at! Built into the hillside the way there is short and adventurous but no problem at all once you get used to the streets of Costa Rica :) Breakfast was prepared with lots of love and the whole place has so many nice details (e.g. a lit candle in front of your door when it is dark), which makes you instantly feel welcome and at home. Pablo gave us some really good recommendations what to to and where to eat in the Uvita area! We also enjoyed the pool and made friends with the monkeys that came by our window everyday in the morning :) Highly recommended!

Pros: Pablo was an excellent host with a wonderful „tradition“ he will tell at the end of the stay.

Cons: Only thing that could be better would be fly screens. Apart from that, absolutely nothing to complain about.

A wonderful stay during our trip through Costa Rica

Pros: Our stay at Pablo’s place was just wonderful. We had such a good time enjoying and sleeping completely in the nature, while being in the center of Uvita within a couple of minutes. Getting waken up by the monkeys in the morning as they’re running over the roof is a truly lifetime experience. Breakfast ist delicious and always freshly prepared. There’s also a shared kitchen and common area, where you can enjoy the sunset and have a good glass of wine. Everything is clean and some many small details, really well thought through. All in all, we would definitely recommend this place!! Concerning the road: when we were there it was raining (heavily) every day and we didn’t have a 4x4, but it was still completely fine. Just take it slow & easy and it works smoothly :)
