Pros: Amazing place, staff were very responsive and helpful. Location is perfect is you seek a place with restaurants in walking distance (and do not mind a bit of noise from the road).

Cons: Some soap at the sink in the bathroom, tea and coffee in the tents can be a plus.

Top Glamping site

Pros: Location was perfect, accommodation was top class. I was met on arrival by Gabby and she was amazing, the following morning we had an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone travelling in this area.

Very nice facilities, but it doesn't fully meet the glamping concept in terms of nature experience.

Pros: The tent was very nice, the bathroom amazing, so beautiful and comfortable.

Cons: The location. Looking for a glamping resort you expect to be in connection with nature, kind of isolated from the outside world, but it was like camping next to the highroad, so we didn't sleep as comfortable as we expected due to all the cars/ trucks noise.

Pros: Me gusto mucho el concepto de los glampings... estaba muy bien equipados.

Cons: Siento que la seguridad no era buena, yo pude ingresar hasta las tiendas y no habia nadie cuidando.

Buena ubicación y estancia muy agradable.

Pros: Instalaciones nuevas y muy agradables. El Glamping con mucho espacio y muy bien cuidado. El baño muy cómodo y caracterizado por un lujo sobresaliente. La recepcionista Ashley muy atenta y con un excelente servicio al cliente. Un acierto el desayuno en el restaurante KENKO. Hicimos uso de la piscina y la pasamos muy bien.

Cons: Aunque la zona de parqueo era segura. Es importante que, logren finalizar detalles respecto al mismo. Aún está inconcluso.

Glamping on the edge of Fortuna

Pros: The tents are very spacious and the bathrooms are fantastic! Being able to use the Kenko pool and facilities is a nice amenity.

Cons: The resort is clearly new and work is still ongoing. There is also construction going on next door. It would have been a better glamping experience if the tents were more remote and away from the noisy main road, but the proximity to town and lots of restaurants was convenient.

Un lugar para descansar

Pros: Las instalaciones muy bonitas de la tienda, el espacio del baño bien espacioso y con detalles bien elegantes, este espacio cuenta con un closet para guardar la ropa. El desayuno bien generoso y sabroso. La piscina super bonita, grande y limpia. El aire acondicionado funcionó bien, y la cama bien confortable.

Cons: Al ser un resort nuevo, hay que ir a hacer checkin a Arenal Backpackers, un hotel que está a la par del Clamping y que puede uno visitar también para aprovechar la piscina y jacuzzi, sin embargo el personal muy amable y servicial. El espacio de parqueo del resort aun no está hecho, y nos dijeron que en una próxima visita ya estaría realizado. El carro quedo cuidado en todo momento en la propiedad, incluso conversé con el guarda que estaba pasando con una linterna por donde estaba el carro.
