Glamping at its best with horse and atv excursions available

Pros: Great location and superb facilities. Fabulous view from the tent. This site is very new and will only get better as the owner develops the grounds. There are stables on site where you can arrange riding trips. We did this and they were able to accommodate both me(complete novice) and my boyfriend who is an experienced rider. Unfortunately the heavy rain made the trails slippery which was mildly terrifying for me but my boyfriend enjoyed being able to go for a proper ride, not just pony trekking as he says usually happens on holiday horse riding trips.

Cons: The weather! Not much the hosts can do about that, just a shame it rained so much when we were there as we would have loved to explore the forest trails more. There was building work going on but this was only in the day and we were out most of that time so it didn't impact our stay. They're building a bar/restaurant on site which will be a bonus.

Fantastische locatie!

Pros: Het is een prachtige locatie, helemaal midden in de natuur. Er kwam zelfs een kikker bij onze tent. Het personeel, die je ontmoet tijdens de check in is vriendelijk, het contact met de eigenaar ook goed. In de tent is alles wat je nodig hebt, van kookplat en pannen, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker tot een muggenspray. De wc is naast de tent en de douche (warm!) klein stukje lopen van de tent. De bedden zijn comfortabel en er is een leuk terrasje waar je van de natuurgeluiden fantastisch kan genieten!

Cons: Er viel ons niks tegen. Wij hadden onze eigen klamboe en dat was een goede aanvulling.

Pros: Hébergement très insolite en pleine nature! Singes hurleurs, rapaces, toucans, colibris. Magique!

If you like glamping, this is the place to be in Volcán Tenorio

Pros: Excellent view. Away from any type of urban sounds. We could hear the animals in the wilderness, particularly monkeys. Dillan was very helpful.

Loved it!

Pros: We loved this place - even my friend who didn't want to camp or glamp or anything tent related. It was peaceful, easy to get to Rio Celeste, and multiple restaurants that weren't too far away. This place had everything someone could want - AC, a TV (we didn't use it), a fan, mini fridge, cooler (you have to get your own ice for it), and cooking items. We sat on the porch every morning/evening. I loved the open air shower. We saw multiple birds in the mornings and listened to the cicadas in the evenings. It was lovely. Apparently they also offer ATV and horse tours, but we weren't able to take advantage.

Cons: The driveway was really steep, but easily doable. No complaints because it got us to where the tents were!

Soaking up nature in comfort.

Pros: We had three generations traveling together, so we filled all three tents. The setting was gorgeous and it offered a truly unique experience. It rained quite a bit, but that’s to be expected in a rainforest. If you’re prepared for it, it’s awesome. Glamping probably isn’t for everyone, but we loved it. The area offers loads of nature related things to do and we found pretty good restaurants nearby. We had little kids with us and could do the atv tour, but wish we would have figured out a way to do it in shifts.

Cons: We’d been swimming during the day before we arrived and hung our things to dry, but they never did. The rainforest is no joke.
