FERNANDA Dome at FéLIZA Rainforest Domes

Pros: It was great to have the experience of luxury camping, staying in such a spacious dome above the world. Wonderful sunset the first night.The blankets were a great asset and heaters as it was then cold and wet as the rainy season. The host was wonderful at organising activities and helping us with transportation as we hadn't a car. We went on hanging bridges, and a guided night and day walk in the cloud forest. The ziplining looked like it was in a safer way than we thought, and a lot of fun. .

Cons: We were back in our jumpers and rain coats, after the first day as was quiet wet and stormy, so we didn't get to try out the hot tub or explore the town. Space wise, it would suit a couple better.

Beautiful unique stay

Pros: Beautiful property, views were amazing. Clean and good value for money

Cons: The drive up to the property in bad weather was quite dangerous

Pros: We stayed only for one night but it was just so well designed. At the same time it is very cosy, with the view and the bath tub outside. The host helped us with the luggage as we wanted to check in early. They also booked the shuttle for us and dropped us to the exact spot. Everything worked for us well and we were very happy to enjoy the facilities and the view!

Would definitely stay there again!

Pros: The view was awesome! We were in total ‘awe’ when we entered. The way they dome is organised is great, you have a big bathroom and kitchen, while you can enjoy all of the view out of your bed. The bed was out of this world, haven’t slept as well during our whole trip then there. It was very clean and very well equipped! The outdoor bath was perfect under the sky full of stars. The hosts are wonderful, when you need something they will fix it for you in a minute. It was my birthday during our stay and they decorated the dome with balloons and gave Costa Rican donuts as a gift 🥰 Couldn’t have celebrated my birthday anyplace better!

Cons: Overall 10/10, I would just add some weather stripping to the door to prevent the door from rattling in the wind

Pros: Precioso, cómodo y con todo lo que le puedes pedir a este alojamiento. Nos dieron un snack de bienvenida. Además estuvieron pendientes de nosotros durante toda la estancia, facilitándonos todo. Sin duda un lugar precioso.

Cons: A tener en cuenta que si hay otros huéspedes en el otro domo puede ser que te quedes sin agua caliente. Apenas nos duchamos y ya no había. Debería ser individual para poder autogestionarse entendiendo la limitación que supone el sistema. La entrada es complicada, pero ya lo sabíamos antes de llegar, deberían arreglarlo con premura.

Maravilloso

Pros: El lugar es precioso , igual que en las fotos. Superó nuestras expectativas, la host demasiado atenta y amable, estuvo super pendiente de nosotros. El lugar es súper romántico y tranquilo. Hace frío pero hay calefacción y hay aire acondicionado. Nos recibieron con detalles súper lindos como vino y chocolates. 100% recomendado!

Pros: The dome is large, cozy, and well-designed. The platform was a great spot to eat dinner or watch the animals and clouds. The outdoor bathtub was also a really lovely and relaxing addition. Jose is an excellent host who went above and beyond, with pick-up's/drop-off's at check-in and check-out and helping arrange onward transportation from Monteverde.
