Architectural masterpiece at an extraordinary location.

Pros: The villa is an architectural masterpiece that gives you the impression that you are really in the forest. The interior is not less elaborated than the building itself. The house is equiped with everything (but microwave oven): with the ice cubes prepared by the freezer and the fruits given by courtasy you can prepare a fresh smoothy upon arrival or make a dinner with the gasgrill on the terrace. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. Location is nice and safe. Uvita is 5 kms.

Cons: You really need a 4x4 to drive-up to the house. It was not easy to find in dark, a larger sign may help.

Overwhelmed of beauty and comfort in Uvita

Pros: Wow, what a perfect situated house with a lot of space, right in midst of the beautyful rainforest, looking down to the sea. That means whales in front, toucans around you in a cool pool with a drink in your hand. With all amenities in the house, you are wellcomed to share with the owner, who provided us with perfect information and was allways a trustful backup for all questions we had. Definitely it exceeded our expectations way over it. Thank you Mateo !!

Cons: Nothing to declare

Pros: It is such a beautiful luxe house with a perfect ocean and jungle view. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is very good. Also the washing machine, wash drier and dishwasher are fine. The three bathrooms (with also a beautiful view) are perfect. The instructions the owner Matteo gave us to get there are very clear. Also good that in the description of the house was written that you need a 4 by 4 to get there. The road is steep and bumpy, that’s why you get the splendid view. And when we arrived there was fruit as a welcome present. In the neighbourhood was a good italan restaurant. And Uvita and playa hermosa are close by. I strongly recommend this villa.

Pros: The view from the house is amazing. The house is well thought through and I love the open concept where you can open the entire wall and living room is connected to the Terra’s/deck.

Cons: The roosters from the neighbours are really loud in the early morning. Otherwise all was great.

Super recomendable

Pros: Super comodo, con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia.

Cons: Tiene camaras exteriores y uno se siente observado. La subida a la casa es muy empinada.

Pros: Maison splendide en pleine jungle avec vue sur l'océan et piscine spectaculaire. 3 belles chambres très agréables et très bien équipées

Cons: La climatisation de la chambre du bas ne fonctionnait pas (piles de la télécommande défaillantes)

Pros: Alles , was für eine durchdachte, was für eine wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft. Wir sind schon wirklich viel gereist, aber das war eine, wenn nicht die schönste Unterkunft, in der wir je waren - unbeschreiblich schön. Mateo ist immer erreichbar und hilfreich in allen Situationen. Herzlichen Dank !!!

A peaceful, comfortable stay with stunning jungle and ocean views.

Pros: We had an amazing 4-night stay at Casa Ker Lumar! The jungle and sea views are absolutely stunning, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and opening the large windows and patio doors truly makes you feel like you’re living indoor–outdoor, surrounded by nature. We also really appreciated the lovely welcome fruits waiting for us upon arrival — such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely come back without hesitation. Thank you, Mateo, for a wonderful stay!

Cons: The last part of the road is steep — but honestly, it’s absolutely well worth it.

Pros: דירה מהממת. אין מילים פשוט. 3 חדרי שינה כל אחד עם שירותים ואמבטיה. סלון ענק שפונה לכייון הים. מאובזרת ומודרנית. שתי מרפסות, גריל בחוץ, בריכה קטנה, מטבח מאובזר עד מאד. כל הריהוט עשוי עץ יפהפה. מזגנים ומאווררים בכל חדר. מכונת כביסה ומייבש גם כן. לא רצינו לעזוב. מרגישים שנמצאים באמצע הג'ונגל - חיות וציפורים מסביב.

Cons: הדבר היחיד זה הגישה לדירה. באיזשהו שלב בכביש עוברים לנסיעה קשה על אבנים ובסוף עליה בשיפוע מטורף. חייבים רכב 4*4 כדי להגיע.

Pros: Luxueuse villa située sur les hauteurs de Uvita en pleine nature avec une vue sur mer. Le maison est très grande et parfaitement équipée. La literie est très confortable. Les photos sont représentatives de la réalité. C'est un des meilleurs logiquement dans lesquels j'ai eu l'occasion de dormir tout pays confondu.
