Pros: The room and swimming pool were amazing. The AC worked perfectly, there was plenty of space for parking, and I loved that there was a washing and dryer machine.

Cons: Maybe a few more kitchen supplies. I think that a tray of pastries would be a big bonus on the breakfast.

Pros: Great place, nice people, especially the receptionist - she was super friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms and nice breakfast. WIFI was not the greatest but managed to work nontheless.

Kommen gern wieder!

Pros: Toller Pool, schöne grosse Zimmer. Sehr entspannte Umgebung und nettes Personal. Gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt und ein paar Kaninchen als Haustiere im Innenhof. Zudem ist der bewachte Parkplatz sehr vorteilig. In einigen Lokalitäten gibt es 15% Rabatt auf Speisen! Wir hatten eine Küche und uns grösstenteils selbst verpflegt, was sehr gut geklappt hat mit der Ausstattung vor Ort. Das angebotene Frühstück war auch echt lecker :).

Cons: Die Lage war etwas abseits.

Una escapada de lujo, baterías super recargadas.

Pros: ¡La habitación es espectacular! Súper agradable el servicio, súper deliciosa la comida, un poquito cara, pero con bastante cantidad y buenos ingredientes. La piscina funciona muy bien para niños. De lo mejor fue el servicio, demasiado atento y servicial!

Cons: Si vas por trabajo, el internet puede quedar debiendo un poco, al menos en la habitación que me tocó, que estaba en el cuarto piso, en el fondo. La piscina tiene un Jacuzzi que no sirve y tiene un olor un poco peculiar; no huele a sucia, pero no es placentero.

Pros: Desayuno muy bueno, todo limpio, limpieza de la habitación diaria y todo el personal super amable, Alexa un trato muy especial, en realidad todos los trabajadores fueron excepcionales.

Pros: Lovely hotel and good service at the check in, restaurant and good breakfast included on our stay.

Cons: We got a massage while there and it was by far the worst part of the stay. It was on the expensive side for a massage based on prices we saw around Jaco but since it was right there in the hotel we opted for the convenience. The ladies there clearly didn't want to be there, they asked no questions on level of pressure or any injuries /things to be aware of. Also there were a bunch of pauses in which we could tell they were busy talking to each other. Do not waste your money on that part of the amenities.

Pros: Tranquilidad del lugar, buen parqueo, cocina excelente, desayuno rico, y también otras comidas extra que pedimos, con servicio a la habitación. Tienen un 15% de descuento en algunos restaurantes cercanos.

Cons: Falta algo más para distraerse de noche sin tener que salir del hotel (juegos tipo pol, ping-pong, un casito, mini-market, juegos electrónicos, etc.). La piscina super fria (la misma construcción hace que no le pegue el sol, el jacuzzi no funciona). Internet muy inestable.

Pros: Super limpio, personal muy amable y atento, buena relación calidad precio, cerca del centro de Jacó, en definitiva volveríamos!

Pros: Clean, nice swimming pool, great free breakfast. It's also nice to be able to order lunch or dinner to your room if you don't want to walk into town.

Cons: It's about time to replace some of the gym equipment.
