Great place next to Manuel Antonio National Park

Pros: Extremely close to the beach and right outside the national park. Parking was included even after checkout which made super helpful. We even spotted an iguana and a deer in the parking lot.

Cons: It is a bit difficult to actually find where the place is located

Pros: Steps away from the National Park. Near a beautiful beach, good bars and restaurants. Nice balcony, good Aircon.

Cons: Noisy in street below from about 7am as visitors arrived. Hob not working, basic kitchen supplies.

Pros: Great location, helpful owner, clean, well equiped

Cons: Too expensive as entire costa rica is overpriced

Pros: The best place you can ask for. It has everything. The best location, great comfortable bed, quiet at night, 3min from the beach, restaurants right downstairs. The best.

Pros: Gonzalo gave me the keys of an apartment just by the entrance of the Manuel Antonio park. It has a good restaurant just under and a little supermarket near. The entrance of the Park is just some steps away so do the beach. Very quiet place at night.

Cons: The shower cabin had no closure and the bathroom no hooks.

Spacious apartment in a great location

Pros: The Apartment was very spacious and a decent size balcony overlooking the street. There was a supermarket below and some basic fare food outlets nearby. Other more high brow dining experiences were within a 10 minute taxi ride. The location was 100m from the entrance to the Park and whilst we already had our entrance tickets booked, Gonzalo was able to organise a very good guide for us at short notice. He also ensured we had parking at the rear which is a must, as the crowds and traffic do get manic during the day. Also only a 5 minute walk to the large beach

Cons: The kitchen area was a bit disappointing, the cutlery was basic, some of the pots/pans were the worst for wear, the hob was broken and had a two ring plug in unit sitting on top and there was no kettle. It is a cash only property which we were forewarned of so it was not a problem other than the hassle to ensure we had enough and who really likes carrying large amounts of cash

Perfect place to stay just outside Manuel Antonio National Park

Pros: Beds were comfy, AC good, kitchen fine, Netflix available and location just outside the entrance to Manuel Antonio national park was perfect to beat the crowds! Very convenient secure parking right outside apartment. Manuel Antonio itself is quiet in the evening so don’t expect a party but if you’re here for the beaches and wildlife then you want to be up early anyway!

Lovely stay with great location. Close to beach and national park. Plenty of shops and bars . Owner helpful.

Pros: Spacious. Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of little town . Good terrace for people watching .

Cons: There is a coffee machine but brits like a kettle for their tea in the morning : )

All in all great experience and Chalo was friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend Restaurante Donde Alex next do

Pros: Fantastic location literally 50m from MA park entrance. Mini market downstairs and the Soda/restaurant right next door is excellent & great value for money 👍

Cons: A little noisy in the morning but we wake early so no wukkahs.

Perfect location for Manuel Antonio visit

Pros: You can't beat the location of this property plus the free parking right behind it. Manuel Antonio park is 2 min walk to the left and you can sit on the balcony and watch people go in and out. The apartment is functional and practical but not a cosy place. You have everything you need and I loved the balcony. This part of the Manuel Antonio accommodation stretch is very small so pretty quiet after the park visitors leave and not as touristy, as hotels are rather small. There is a good choice of restaurants close by.
