Pros: This is the best place to stay in san jose for a short stay really close to the airport Samuel is the best he picked us up after a long flight from Ireland & checked us in really fast what a gentleman & there a car rental only right round the corner if u plan on travelling around costa rica it really is right round the corner....

Pros: The place is very close to the airport, very clean, the brakfast was extraordinary and the familiy very helpful with all my qustions and wishes. A perfect place for one night.

Perfect overnighter

Pros: Perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport. All staff were friendly and pleasant. The place is clean. There is quite a bit of noise when the jets leave the runway, though !

Great location, great value for money.

Pros: A 3 min drive to the airport, and the hosts were super friendly and helpful and can organise airport taxi for you - their son will drive you. Apartment was spotlessly clean with crisp white bed linen, and spelt divine, facilities are basic, but everything you need including microwave, coffee maker, sink, kitchenette etc. perfect for quick airport stopovers for early flights or late arrivals before setting off to explore.

Cons: You can hear the aeroplanes taking off until about 9pm but to be expected given airport proximity and we slept through it!

Convenient apartments run by welcoming family team

Pros: Wanted somewhere affordable and close to the airport to spend the night, and this place fit the bill. Had a small issue with the place being overbooked, so on my first stay they put me in their overflow apartment. As a solo traveller, I was a bit alarmed but the team helped make sure I felt safe, and even took me past the shop nearby to pick up snacks and supplies. It's the family team that really makes this place special.

Cons: Rooms were basic, but this was in line with expectations, and priced accordingly.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful people! The location close to the airport made it perfect to catch a local flight early in the morning. I’ll stay there again!
