Amazing!

Pros: Great location, very peaceful, very pretty. Safe area near everything. Flexible and helpfull staff.

Loved our stay at Condominios Akira

Pros: Condominium was spacious and clean. Missing a few items that I mentioned to manager and they did accomodate. Nice swimming pool that we used daily after our 15 minute walk back home daily from the main beach area. It was a quiet area away from the noise of the downtown and beach area.

Cons: It was a little further from the beach than I thought it was but worked out ok. Supermarket was five minute walk and restuarants the same distance. Would highly recommend for family use or two couples - full kitchen with lots of space and two bathrooms.

Pros: In a quiet location with parking (gated), a small pool.. The apartment was spotless and very spacious with lots of storage in all rooms .Balcony large with a good sun trap in the afternoon.Its about 15 min walk downtown down a hill.Would recommend staying here.

Cons: The only problem was no hot water for a shower and no plug to be able to wash up.No sun loungers on the balcony only table and chairs which is a shame .There is only 3 sun loungers near the pool , the area is small so if there are a few people near the pool there is nowhere to relax apart from balcony

Amazing comfortable apartment

Pros: Very nice, comfortable apartment with about everything we needed. Comfortable beds, we had a great sleep there! It's in a more quiet neighborhood, but we were still able to walk everywhere. Enjoyed the pool as well.

Cons: Kitchen equipment could use some upgrade, e.g. pans

Great quiet stay just up from the beach

Pros: Condo is nice four plex about 15 minutes from the beach and very busy tamarindo downtown. Nice pool and comfortable beds. Grounds keeper and cleaners were super.

Cons: We stayed a month but many only stayed one or two nights. 99 % were good and respectful. One group used as flop house and all night party place. Owner responded quickly and put a stop to any further partying.

Excelente opção

Pros: Acomodação muito confortável. Excelentes instalações. Tudo muito limpo e exatamente como na foto. Instruções para entrada no apartamento bem explicadas.

Cons: O chuveiro do banheiro social estava com defeito. Espirrava água para todos os lados alagando o banheiro. Não foi um problema porque ficamos apenas uma noite e usamos o outro banheiro.

Soggiorno piacevole

Pros: Appartamento grande con parcheggio privato e cancello chiuso. Piscina molto accogliente.

Cons: Mancano gli appendini in bagno

Tres bien

Pros: La localisation, le parking privé, la climatisation, les équipements, l’appartement très spacieux.

Pros: la propiedad es muy linda , comoda limpia y bien ubicada Tuvimos un problema con una perdida de agua y nunca lo resolvieron , solo eso puedo decir, lo demas bien

Cons: que el anfitrion no me respondia los mensajes

Excelente Hospedaje

Pros: Buenas instalaciones, fácil acceso, cercanía al centro de Tamarindo.
