Pros: Lovely clean place and comfortable, They had a very cute dog who was really friendly!!

Cons: There’s a hard walk up hill other than that!

Pros: The accommodation was cozy and nicely furnished. Toilets and bathroom were very clean. there is a nice atmosphere there.

Cons: The only downside was a few leaks due to the heavy rains of the season. There was therefore a slight humidity in the room but nothing that spoiled our stay.

Amazing stay at Chillout House

Pros: Edith and her family were so lovely and welcoming. She was on hand to help with anything we needed. Really clean and lovely peaceful feel in the property, and amazing crepes for breakfast that you can order from Edith!

Cons: Slightly far from town, but only a 15 minute walk and meant it was lovely and peaceful. Would still happily stay at the property again in a heartbeat!

Super friendly host

Pros: Edith is so welcoming & the most helpful host. She organises tours for you & helps you in any way she can. The place is so clean, nice & quiet a 10 minute walk into town & a safe neighbourhood. Met other nice travellers & the kitchen facilities are good. Hot water & you can ask Edith anything & she'll do her best to help you.

Pros: Such a wonderful stay at Chillout House. It has recently been renovated and feels so homely and beautiful! There are 3 rooms with shared bathrooms, kitchen, living, deck and courtyard areas. Everything was so clean and comfortable. A short walk from town in a safe and quiet area. Edith was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend for a little home away from home!

The best place to stay in Monteverde!

Pros: The Chillout Hotel is the best place where to stay for your trip in Monteverde! I spended there 4 nights and i felt like a home! :) everything was super clean. Every morning they asked me what i want for my breakfast and I felt like in a heaven (btw. Scramble eggs and pancakes was so tasty!) Room where i stayed was beautiful! And the apartmant is so clouse to the city Santa Elena. There are so many oportunities where you can go. This place is safe and it is in the family part of the city. The owner of the apartment was really nice to me. I can recomended this accomodation! Thank you for great experience since my trip in Monteverde.

Relaxing stay in Monteverde

Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay at Chilllout. Edith was very welcoming and she booked tours for us when visiting Monteverde, which made it a hassle free experience. Only around 20 minutes walk into Santa Elena so plenty of places to eat and drink close by.
