Cons: A little longer walk from Santa Elena

Fabulous, very welcoming, good deal, fullfilled all our needs!

Pros: Everything was just fine. Exactly as described, supermarket right next door. Lovely host family. Beautiful setting. Big and comfy beds. Cute atmosphere. Would totally come again, especially with the option of booking both locations and the option of opening the connecting door for a larger group.

Cons: The front door was a little hard to handle at times. The master bedroom bathroom door can only be closed from the inside. No big deal but could also be easily fixed.

Pros: Lily is the most wonderful host I have ever met — you can truly see how much she loves welcoming guests. She makes the most delicious pancakes I had in all of Costa Rica! The house has a beautiful soul, everything was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There’s also a shop right next door, which is super convenient. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say — I couldn’t imagine a better stay!

Pros: We had only a very short stay - unfortunately, as we had to move on. It's a great place, very clean and with the option to cook in the kitchen. Lili is very sweet and helping with everything. She takes really good care of the house and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I hope to return one day! Thanks a lot!! Good luck to you, Lili! :-)

Pros: Really cheap, nice, close to Monteverde Reserve: these features would be enough to choose Twin Palms House, but the very special reason to go there is Lily. Always smiling, happy and full of surprises, she was one of the best hosts we had in our 2-weeks trip in Costa Rica. Don't forget to leave a comment on her walls when you're leaving!

Pros: Great place, feeling like home, all super clean, i recommend

Pros: Lily the host was super helpful and very kind! She answered professionally any question and organised for us very easily all the activities we want for a good price including transportation to our next destination :)

Pros: Good value for money, very clean and extremely nice host ready to help with anything and book activities for you with discount.

Cons: We were in the only room with a window towards the main street and the direction where the wind was blowing from (it can be quite strong in this area). So even during night, it was quite noisy in the room. Except this, all was good.

Cozy and warm little house !

Pros: Great place to stay at in Monteverde, Lily is a very welcoming host, the room was impeccable clean and so was the communal place and kitchen, which is equipped with all that you need, and regularly cleaned. 10/10 will look up to staying there again if I return to Monteverde !
