Pretty, well located - fabulous staff

Pros: Beautiful property, good location, clean and comfortable lodgings. It was the friendliness of the staff, especially Miguel, that really made our stay special. Highly recommended, especially if you have kids.

Two nights in Monteverde for the Salvetura cloud forest tour.

Pros: We were upgraded to a two bedroom, two bath, three story “lodge.” Wonderful space with balconies. A beautiful, well constructed facility with friendly front desk check-in service. On site parking. A short walk to two excellent restaurants - Nativo and Don Luis.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: Wir haben ein gratis Upgrade bekommen in ein großzügiges Chalet mit 2 Balkonen, nette Außenanlagen mit vielen Blumen

Pros: Todo, las instalaciones, el personal que nos atendió , si ubicación cerca del parque biológico monte nuboso, también cerca de asombrosa puesta del sol, vimos una guatusa en el jardín, etc

Una bona estada.

Pros: Servei de bugaderia econòmic i efectiu. Habitació còmoda i molt gran. Tracte del personal fantàstic. Et permeten ocupar llocs comuns per a sopar amb el que tu has comprat al supermercat. Et contracten guia per a fer les acivitats que vols.

Cons: La finestra del bany no tancava bé i produïa corrents d’aire. En alguna habitació, l’aigua no sortia prou calenta. Seria aconsellable tenir alguna taula i cadires a l’habitació.
