XIN Bed&Breakfast

Excellent value for money

Pros: Warm and helpful staff Serene residential neighborhood but occasional sounds from cars or neighbours Fruits available Clean room Host allowed really early check in as soon as the room was available, that was very helpful Laundry service available at $5 per load Forgot a device and the staff was kind enough to pack it in a concealed pack and send to me at the airport via uber Excellent area for taking evening walks, 5mins walk from shops and restaurants Great value for money

Cons: Pretty old house but well maintained The occasional noise from the street Breakfast starts a bit late at 8am but they offer fruits if you have an early start

Another perfect stay

Pros: Our second time staying here. Everything was great. Completely comfortable and clean, and a great welcome from Tani

Pros: Such a lovely place to stay! The host Tani was amazing, so kind and friendly - she really helped us out and made us feel so welcome. The room was massive and perfectly clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was kept super clean. The common areas of the hotel are very nice. Free breakfast was really good. Thanks for a great stay - we will return!

Nice staff!

Pros: Nice little B&B close by the airport, good value for money and they made me a breakfast to go in the morning. The staff were lovely and made me feel very welcome even though I arrived very late.

Cons: As you’d expect for the price 🙂

Pros: Perfect for what I needed. 1 night before going to the airport early morning. Bed was comfy. Welcome was warm, hostess was attentive and nice.

Cons: Room was really small. To consider (lt was not a problem for me): the room in the back give access to a garage (not in use) and you need to go through the garage to access the bathroom.

Pros: Very cozy place and the host made us feel like at home!

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and answered my messages fast. Just wish had more time to appreciate the area.

Everything is good, I will definitely come back again

Pros: This guesthouse is located right next to a park, so the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. Inside, it feels more like a small hotel, with a spacious lobby and comfortable rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Best of all, the value for money is outstanding.

Safe, clean, conveneint, fair price, friendly.

Pros: Internet was not good at all in the room but I survived :) I paid a $5 surcharge for using my credit card to avoid dispute when the nice lady was surprised I did not have cash. The owner told me on the phone that credit card was not a problem. I offered the $5 so that I could go to my room and lay down as I was very exhausted. Very nice lady. Helpful. Thank you. I appreciate being able to have secure parking as this was very important.

Cons: I really enjoyed it. The shower was problematic and could not get it to go from HOT to warm or cold. Not a big problem but made the shower experience a little challenging :) Thanks for a safe and clean and nice home to stay.

clean, good location and amazing staff!

Pros: clean and spacious, and the maid is the best and cooks the most delicious meals! made me feel at home the whole time. also xin was always available for any questions or advice

Cons: walls and roof perhaps a bit thin - could hear some noise and the floor cracking from people upstairs, but that overall wasn’t a problem
