Nangu lodge

Pros: The whirlpool was amazing and everything looks very nice. Perfect for a few days. A car is needed but everything is within an short drive. I cooled down very nicely during the night without needing an AC.

Cons: There were a lot of ants which you would expect some but not as many. The large insect screen did not work properly. The cabinets in the kitchen smelled kind of musty.

Absolutely recommended

Best stay in Costa Rica

Pros: The best room we have stayed in Costa Rica! Really new and clean, also very well furnished and integrated into the surrounding nature. The forest facing balcony with jacuzzi is a great plus.

Cons: Walls are really thin and cealing is open (protected by mosquito nets): a quiet night will depend on the good behaviors of your neighbors.

Cozy and romantic stay

Pros: We loved the stay here! The hosts were so nice & helped us with lots of recommendations! We had bad luck with the weather but it was so nice because we could stay in the whirlpool many hours :) really clean and big room. You need the car though, if you want to go to Samara, but its only 4 minutes or something so totally ok. Also safe, because the main entrance was locked. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location was good (nearby samara). The lodge was spacious and clean. We liked the terrace with the jacuzzi and the beautifull surroundings. We saw a lot of wildlife in the garden. The owner is quick in responding when you have any questions or concerns.

Superbe lodge au calme

Pros: De belles recommandations faites par notre hôte pierre nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour dans les alentours de Samara

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit Pierre lief perfekt ab und die große Terrasse mit whirlpool waren perfekt, Man konnte die glasfront komplett öffnen und man hat das Gefühl draußen zu schlafen . Alles war sehr modern wir hatten das Gefühl von Anfang an 'daheim \

Cons: Der Staub der Straße...da kann der Betreiber aber nichts dafür

Pros: Tolles Haus mit offener Bauweise und großzügiger Terrasse. Dank der Moskitonetze an Türen und Fenstern bleiben ungewünschte Plagegeister draußen. Alles ist komfortabel, gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde uns sogar noch ein Toaster gebracht. Danke!

Cons: Falls man laute Nachbarn hat, was bei unserem Aufenthalt leider der Fall war, kann man dem kaum entgehen. Die offene Bauweise bietet wenig Schallschutz…

Pros: Uns hat es in der Lodge super gefallen. Wir haben die Ruhe und Privatsphäre genossen. Es ist komfortabel und sauber und nicht weit zum Strand. Der Jacuzzi hat am Abend für Entspannung gesorgt. Echt klasse hier!
