Belgium 🇧🇪

Friendly owner and clean room

Pros: The friendliness of the owner when we arrived made us feel at home in an instant. The room was clean and very spacious with a large bed. We only booked this the last couple of days in Costa Rica to have our last night, but it was a perfect stop on the way to the airport. Also very close to the car rental center where we could drop of our car.

Cons: Communication on the payment method was a bit unclear. But before arrival they explained it and was made clear.

Excellent

Pros: Excellent, although short, stay! María was a very good host and prepared everything for our late evening arrival. The room was perfectly clean and very cute, there is a parking space just outside of the house. Many food options in the surrounding area, María provided us with a comprehensive list of restaurants and things to do nearby.

A great stay close to the airport

Pros: Super close to the airport - we arrived at 12am and the taxi to the property costed $10! There is also a very good soda for breakfast very close by. The host was communicative, very helpful and friendly.

Lovely stay right by the airport

Pros: Wonderful breakfast in the morning, many of the items were fresh from the garden Fantastic location, 15 minutes from the airport - we only stayed the night, but it was a lovely stop before we set off in the morning! Comfy room with all the amenities - we didn’t have an AC but we’re fine! Really friendly people running the place!

Pros: It was my first hostel in costa rica and it was amazing. The owner was really nice, friendly and helpful. We had a big room with a bathroom. In the morning we got a really good breakfast in the beautiful garden. Would defenetely recommend it!

Pros: Amazing place wort staying for longer although we had only one night before leaving Costa Rica. Close to the airport, you can easily book Uber for the ride.

Close to airport and lovely home

Pros: Perfect stay close to the airport - room was clean and comfortable. The area felt safe and it was easy to find with a car. It’s definitely worth getting the breakfast - Maria is a fantastic cook! Only stayed for one night but it was a great place to start our Costa Rican holiday!

Quite, close to the airport and good findable appartement with own bathroom

Pros: The apartment was great! Maria sent all the information prior to arrival. I arrived at 01:30 at night due to a delay and could find the apartment by taxi easily because of het instructions and the name on the entrance fence. I had my own bathroom which was amazing considering the time and the long travel day. Would recommend!

Cons: The light at the front door is shining through the glass and it will wake you up, so bring a sleeping mask.
