Guesthouse Casa Avi Fauna

Pros: We loved this place. Host is friendly and welcoming. Lots of cats and dogs are living in this properly so this is the stay for anyone loving animals. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Great stay very close to the beach

Pros: The house is in a very nice area, the outside garden feels like a forest. If you have a car, it's not a problem to get there although the road on the estate isn't in the best shape. There's a nice pool outside as well and a kitchen, too. The room was very comfortable.

Cons: I think it should be stated pretty clearly in the advert that there's two big dogs in the property and one of them roams around. He's extremely friendly and sweet but just by being big he could be scary to some. It's a bit awkward to be staying next door to the owner of the house. Even though the owners claim it's soundproof, it only silences the sounds a bit - I was able to talk with my partner while on the other sides of the doors. That only applies to the master bedroom, though. The others are in separate small buildings so they're more private

Pros: We really enjoyed the peaceful bush location at Casa Avi Fauna, and the swimming pool was an added bonus. Our host was so helpful with suggestions of places to include in our trip. Thank you. Would highly recommend Casi Avi Fauna as a great place to stay

Pros: Great location, amazing hosts! Wish we had spent more time there. Kids had a blast, loved playing with the dogs and cats. When in playas del Coco, we'll definitely stay in casa Avi Fauna again! Staying there was really a pleasure... Thanks!

A clean, comfortable, quiet oasis away from the tourist areas, but a quick drive to the beach.

Pros: Avifauna guest house was a wonderful oasis outside of Playa del Coco, only a short drive to a number of amazing beaches. Sandra, the host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Having access to the pool was a really nice touch to cool off.

Pros: Very quiet, close to nature, we saw monkeys, birds all variey of wildlife. We loved the dogs and cats! Sandra was amazing host. Bed was very comfy, room nice and big. Pool and garden fantastic.

Pros: The owner is very friendly and gave us information where to go to avoid the most touristic places. Everything was very clean. Large bathroom and comfy bed. The house is close to the beach yet very calm and peaceful environment. Nice friendly dogs and the backyard has a nice pool and outdoor kitchen. Would definitly recommend. A good place to rest.

I enjoyed the one mile walk down to the most gorgeous beach
