CC Beach Front Papagayo All Inclusive

Go for the outstanding service and the proximity to the beach

Pros: The staff almost to a person were outstanding, but especially the young ladies serving in the restaurant and the ever smiling maintenance dude that cheerfully ran to your side to deliver chairs to the beach. The location is right on the beach by the way. The front desk people including Danny were ever helpful as was Geo on the tours desk. The food in the restaurant was of excellent quality, but having stayed 12 nights got a little tedious.

Cons: We had initially booked for a single room (there were only two of us) with a garden view. These are dumpy little cabins near the front gate with no opening windows and no facilities to sit outside - if we had stayed in those rooms our visit would have been far less enjoyable. Hence after night one, we ponied up the extra $100 per night for a double room with ocean view. The overall facilities are getting quite dated and are in real need of renewal.

Rustic, traditional, lots of nature, comfy beds, lovely food and wonderful staff, a relaxing break.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely, the jazz music and fresh coffee were wonderful and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The sheets and the beds were lovely and comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated. The meals were very costa rican and I loved that. There's snacks which the kitchen will make whatever the time of day.

Cons: We found out we had to stay overnight in San Jose due to flight issues but I was made to pay for the hotel night anyway, despite giving a month's notice, I felt this could have been waivered as they weren't full so it wasn't a case that someone else was turned away. The grounds and maintenance are tired, but, we later found out that the whole place had been under water from the rainfall and flooding and if this happens every year it is understandable. We had a scorpian in my suitcase, there's a massive gap under the door, so this could be better.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent

Cons: one t for night, would of loved to stay more days

Terrific Experience on Playa Panama

Pros: Every staff member was very helpful and treated us so kindly. Following that, the food was wonderful and fulls of variety. The grounds, swimming pools, and our room were maintained well and clean.

Cons: Would have liked a little larger bed (beds were double), but not a deal breaker.

Awesome, could be better with room service.

Pros: Excellent. All very tasty and many options to choose. Congrats to Daniela, Fabiola, Jorge Arias, Luis, Ivan, Susan, there is another guy working in the pool area but i Dont remember this name and the lady that serive our room. You made our trip awesome.

Cons: No more room service. In a place like this, with balcony and nice view and good weather you go back to the room after the sun goes away to relax. Not being able to order from the room is really a shame.

Pros: Wow! This place was all I expected and then some! From check in to check out I have never stayed at a resort with such helping, kind and genuine staff. They totally went out of their way to make your stay a successful and rememberable vacation. From Alphonso the manager to Joseph, Christina, Jordan and our bartender Dennis everyone was great and happy to make your stay special! The dining and kitchen staff were wonderful. Housekeepers went above and beyond their duties. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Cons: For what little we watched TV the picture was not very clear and sharp. Not sure if satellite or cable. But if that’s the worst, no complaints!

Very nice but a bit expensive

Pros: The staff and a better variety and quality of food than any of the 4 resorts we stayed at. Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Fridge stocked daily with beers and soft drinks.

Cons: This boutique hotel is mainly for people who want peace and quiet. You have to go there to chill, read a book by the pool, and go out on excursions offered by tour companies.

Very comfortable and quiet relaxing stay.

Pros: Very personal staff. Head chef greated us daily and remembered allergies and food preferences

Cons: Pool needed a little bug and debris cleaning

A gem in Papagayo

Pros: Gardens, quiet atmosphere, food and cocktails are the top! Staff is really helpful, trying to assist you with the extra mile always. I will come back in the future!
