Hotel & Villas Huetares

Pros: Great pool area, breakfast nice, friendly staff, great location for the beach.

Cons: Receptionists didn't always give correct information, they should just say if they don't know the answer to something. My husband speaks Spanish so nothing to do with not understanding.

Pros: The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the beach, with several other beautiful beaches a short drive away. There were multiple breakfast options, which made mornings easy and enjoyable. The swimming pools were very clean, and my kids absolutely loved spending time there. Overall, a convenient and family-friendly stay.

Pros: Very good price for this location. Beach is only 2-3min walk. Pool is big, hot . Breakfast is in restaurant right next to the hotel, better to go early morning, before they are busy

Overnight in Playa Hermosa

Pros: Quick overnight stay, pool was great, restaurant was tasty. Staff were friendly. Short walk to the beach.

Cons: Room was dated, bathroom was small .

Pros: My third stay in Hotel Huetares, last one was in 2021. The place is now a bit dated, but it still is lovely, people are great and helpful, location is super central, rooms are clean

Pros: We loved the pool and location of the property. Our room was clean and there was everything we need. Loved the monkeys on the beach

Cons: Occasionally there was a bit of excessive noise from adjoining guests in th elater evening but that wasn't the hotel's fault

It was a memorable time staying here seeing the iguanas roaming were fun to watch.

Pros: Breakfast was good had different options. Loved the large pool the best. I don't swim so the pool wasn't extremely deep. Location is perfect next to grocery store and a pizza shop which was handy and delicious. Shower has hot water. Highly recommend staying here.

Cons: I didn't like the lounging chairs. Very hard and uncomfortable. They need to put some padding on them or exchange for something better. I could not use my safe because the key was lost. They need to replace so next customer can use this service. Thank you.

Awesome pools.

Pros: The restaurant attached was great food and reasonable. The pool was awesome. Very close to beach and convenience store. Rooms had AC. security guarding vehicles all night so felt very safe. Had filtered drinking water. Pool was so close to our room so we could watch our baby on the monitor and swim.
