A warm and welcoming place.

Pros: Oscar (Coca), Ana, and Fran were amazing. They took care of all our needs and filled us with joy and laughter. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Ana, thank you for your salsa for huevos rancheros. It was unforgettable. Fran, your tortillas were among the best I've had. Coca, thank you for creating a wonderful atmosphere for us and all other visitors, whether they stayed at the hotel or dropped in to share their stories, information, and advice. Heliconia is a very welcoming place.

Pros: Easy access, clean room, comfortable beds and amazing staff!

Cons: The toilet’s drains had a strong smell but it could has just been the extreme heat outside otherwise it was all good.

Pros: clean, felt safe had a guard up all night, clean small room with privite bathroom. staff helped us get checked in and was able to pay them I'm cash when we got there. overall a good experience.

Cons: was a little hard to check in because the main Mananger was not the but the other staff was there able to help us.
