Hotel Naoz

Nice hotel but could be better

Pros: Comfortable beds, decor and style very tasteful. Quiet with a good sleep. Two double beds in good sized room. Clean. Clean pool and beach towels available whenever you wanted. Can walk to many restaurants. Wardrobe space fine but few drawers. Swimming pool area was very pleasant. Parking available.

Cons: Nowhere to dry wet clothes properly. There was a line in the shower but this did not dry things properly. Perhaps a mosquito net on the bathroom window so the window could be left open would help. I did not like the breakfast- only 2 types of fruit and poor coffee. At happy hour, we had cocktails and paid in dollars but received change in colones at a terrible exchange rate meaning we paid about 4 dollars more than we should. It would have been better to charge it to the room and pay in dollars later with a card but we didn't realise this.

Great option in the heart of Manuel Antonio

Pros: Lovely modern, clean hotel option in a good location. Well maintained. Just off the main road so no road noise. Bus stop 100 yards away. Fantastic large, modern rooms. Beds are large (by European standards) and v comfortable. Great breakfast options. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: Nothing terrible… there’s no view (which I’m sure is obvious from the photos). The pool is more a place where parents play with their kids than adults lounge with a cocktail.

Pros: Everything was perfect, kind and professional staff, we enjoyed every moment :)

Cons: The room for 4 was a bit small but for one night it was okay.

Pros: All the staff were incredibly nice and professional. I thank Oscar, Carlos, Darling, Francina and the cleaning agents.

Cons: If you have a room on the ground floor; there is a lot of humidity but there is a solution to limit this humidity: leave the air conditioner on all day, the fan and also the air purifier.

Great place to base yourself for exploring.

Pros: The location was excellent between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. Clean, safe and quiet. Lovely and friendly staff.

Relaxing.

Pros: Beautiful and clean property. Nice big room with big beds and a beautiful double bathroom. Friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing, it was a really nice hotel.

Would reccomend.

Pros: Clean rooms, lovely breakfast, great pool and beautiful hotel.

Cons: Fridge in the room wasn’t cold enough but everything else was great. Bit expensive for what it is but overall a nice stay.

Happy days at Hotel Naoz

Pros: This was my second visit to Hotel Naoz. I came back because I knew it would meet my needs and the staff would be friendly and welcoming. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is small and off the main drag. Therefore it is quiet and relaxed. It has a small pool area which didn't get overcrowded. There is an acceptable bar and restaurant. The rooms have comfortable beds. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Best of all, the staff is unfailingly helpful and friendly. I had a great week.

Cons: Some very minor repairs needed to sink plug and wall hairdryer.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff.

Pros: This is a great hotel, new and modern. The longer you stay here the more you appreciate it. Great shower, powerful hair dryer and really comfy bed. The room had a fridge and a safe so everything one needs. Lovely swimming pool too. Big shout out to Oscar at breakfast, really professional and very friendly, superb at his job. Juan Carlos helped us book tickets for the park when our attempts over 3 days failed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Breakfasts also superb!

Hotel Noaz created the perfect place for our stay at Manual Antonio!

Pros: Hotel Noaz was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Jeank at the front desk was helpful giving us information and booking our tours into the National Park! Oscar took extra time each morning when serving breakfast sharing information about Costa Rican food, and Francini in the bar and at dinner was a wonderful server! Everyone at the hotel took such good care of us! The service was of the highest quality! The hotel itself is modern, inviting and very clean! The beds are so comfortable! We really enjoyed the balcony off our room in the early morning and evenings! The neighbourhood monkey’s put on a good show one night! The pool and lounge chairs invite daytime relaxation! Honestly, I’m so happy we booked Hotel Noaz! Perfect location and great hotel!

Cons: We needed a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang our robes, and another towel bar in the bathroom for hanging up wet towels after our days at the beach!
