COCO Beach Village

Pros: The host david was brilliant. excellent communication, lovely room with AC and huge shower and free secure parking. The pool was amazing. property is 2 min walk from the beach. restaurant next door and shop 2min away. I saw macaws, toucans, monkeys and lizards within a 5min walk from the property. breakfast was huge and very nutricious

Wish we'd been staying longer.

Pros: The room was in a lovely, gated property. Unfortunately we were only stopping over on our way back to the airport and didn't get a chance to use the beautiful pool. The room was very clean and tidy and was equipped with a kettle and a coffee maker. Breakfast was served on the upstairs balcony and was fresh and plentiful. The owner was very approachable and booked us a table at the restaurant next door (definitely worth a visit) to save us getting wet through walking into the village!

Cons: There were facilities to make coffee in the room but no coffee. As we were only staying one night we hadn't got anything with us and a small supply would have been appreciated.

Pros: The best thing was the two minute walking proximity to the beautiful Matapolo beach. Our host was nice and relaxed, he shared good dinner recommendations with us notably the amazing restaurant next door. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Extra towels for the beach and the pool were provided. We opted for breakfast on her second morning and it was good and only for 10 USD.

Cons: Being on the main floor, by the swimming pool and not too far from the street, it was a bit loud to get a perfect sleep.

An Unforgettable Stay at Coco Beach Village

Pros: I had an amazing experience at Coco Beach Village! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. David had plenty of knowledge of the area and genuine kindness. He went above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever I needed it. The entire staff was exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. The overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway spot. I highly recommend Coco Beach Village for anyone looking for a memorable vacation.

Pros: The property was amazing! The pool was clean and gorgeous, perfect way to spend the day. The staff were all incredible and accommodating and we had excellent communication with the hotel prior to our arrival. The room was clean and spacious with a gorgeous bathroom and equipped with a fridge, kettle, microwave, and coffee pot. Also, the breakfast that you can get for just $10 was amazing! We got given a fruit plate to start, followed by toast with jam and butter and eggs cooked however we wanted with rice, beans and fried bananas to top it all off. We also got orange juice and there is tea and coffee available! No complaints would highly recommend!

Charming rooms with wonderful facilities

Pros: Everything! From the three towels (beach, swimming pool, shower) to the pool, the seating areas outside, the proximity to the beach, the big comfy bed, the multiple pillows with different levels of thickness and sturdiness to choose from, the kitchenette.. I'm not sure whether we got a really good deal, but for the price we paid the value for worth was just exceptional.

Heaven on earth

Pros: Excellent quality, very clean and well taken care of, beautiful pool and garden, kind owner and staff, the ocean is just a few steps away. I regret staying only 2 nights.

Pros: Family feel with the owner David, making everyone feel welcome. A few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and a few restaurants. Nice and clean with secure parking. Away from the touristy vibe of Manuel Antonio, but close enough to drive for the attractions there and Uvita. And so also a good place to stop if traveling down the coast.

Pros: Everything was great, the pool and garden were fabulous! Spacious clean room with all you need including beach towel- a nice touch. Lovely breakfast & friendly staff

Pros: Absolutely a great place, walking distance from the ocean. David and his staff are absolutely great the facilities are top notch and all the little things that are included in the rooms are fantastic. The breakfast offered is delicious and way worth the cost.

Cons: That I couldn't stay longer.
