A quiet overnight stay in excellent surroundings

Pros: This was our second stay after a year. Our room was this time smaller by our choice but just as well appointed as on our last stay The location is excellent and very quiet. Our hosts were as before kind an attentive. Breakfast was excellent, way above our expectations

Lovely, Peaceful and very well located B&B

Pros: We spent two lovely days in Elizabeth and Bernard’s cosy and peaceful home while traveling from the Nicoya Peninsula to Corcovado. We especially appreciated the kindness of the owners and the close proximity to the long, deserted Palo Seco beach especially during sunset. We also highly recommend the Mar y Sol restaurant and bar, located about 800 meters from the B&B.

I hadn't expected such an upscale hotel when I booked our stay. But it was comfortable and enjoyabl

Pros: The French couple that owned the hotel have put a tremendous effort into the grounds and upkeep/remodeling of the hotel building. Both were beautiful. We enjoyed French hospitality at its best. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully arranged. The beach was easily accessible and was almost a private beach front.

Pros: Nice little place run by a french couple. Excellent breakfast, we especially loved the fresh fruit (everybody gets a big plate) every morning, eggs made to order. Nice little pool area, where the iguanas come to visit. We had A/C, but not all rooms do, so watch out to book one of those.

Refuge at the pacific coast

Pros: The accommodation is extremely beautiful, the hosts are very nice and Lola (the owners’ dog) is marvelous. The pool, as well as all facilities, was very clean.

A great place to relax and recharge, with both a beautiful pool onsite and a beach on your doorstep.

Pros: Extremely comfortable accomodation, with a beautiful pool, and lots of places to sit and relax both inside and outside the main house. Very helpful owners and staff; all were friendly and professional. Lots of wildlife can be seen in the grounds, including iguanas, birds and even monkeys. The sandy and deserted beach was a minute from the site. Breakfast was exceptional with fruit, fruit juice, cooked eggs, and unlimited freshly baked sourdough bread with tea or coffee, with refills if wanted, all servied on a comfortable, shaded patio. They also make excellent Pina Coladas!

Pros: We had a relaxing, soothing time at Beso del Viento! The room was comfortable and clean, fantastic breakfast, stunning sunsets on the beach, and a pool to enjoy. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating, this is a gem!

Cons: There is no cell service. Calls needed tto go through Whatsap Isolating without a car. Need taxis for everything. Only one good restaurant nearby

Extremely clean and peaceful.

Pros: We loved our time at Beso del Viento. The hosts make you feel warmly welcome and are very helpful. Our room was very comfortable, with fine attention payed to tasteful room accents. As an „adults only“ facility, peace and quiet were never a problem. The ocean is 100m away, deserted most of the time and is the scene of some fantastic sunsets. Breakfast was filling, with fresh, local fruits and wonderfully cooked eggs. All other meals we ate were at a fantastic restaurant just down the street. A great populace to relax!
