Great location

Great location for a great night's sleep

Pros: In a great location, steps from the main pedestrian walkway and an easy walk to most attractions, this is a solid mid-range hotel. The bed was large and very comfortable and the room was spacious with a seating area and, as well, a small table with chairs. The breakfast was included and offered a wide selection to suit any taste. The room was clean (but is only serviced every three days) and well equipped. There are no windows in the room but that meant it was very quiet and dark for sleeping--a feature rather than a bug.

Cons: We are on the 5th floor so the hallway light would go out before the elevator arrived. Changing the time would fix this small problem. With a \

Pros: It was very clean. The room a fair size. Location great very central and a fair price for what you got

Cons: Noise. I feel like many places in San Jose are very noisy so thankfully had ear plugs

Great stay in city centre

Pros: Great location. Room clean and comfortable. Great shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bonus. We had a street facing room opposite the old theatre. Some traffic noise but you are in the city centre so just bring earplugs.

Cons: Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice.
