Pros: Modern, clean and good facilities inc gym and rooftop Great views Maintenance technician onsite

Cons: 20 minutes + hilly walk to any facilities such as shops and restaurants The usual for Costa Rica uncomfortable beds that are ruining my back Spa tub on roof has a cover I think you need to remove yourself so I didn’t use it although it would’ve been nice.

Pros: I like the room. I didn’t even know I got breakfast with the room.

Cons: The staff could have been more helpful at first.

Great views

Pros: The accommodation was clean and comfortable with an expansive view over the city and mountains from the balcony and the beautiful 15th floor communal terrace. Grocery stores and restaurants were all very close and the town was only about 10-15 minutes walking. Communication was easy and with WhatsApp which was great considering we didn't have a phone number while travelling.

Cons: I would suggest some extra hooks in the bathroom for towels and a couple of seats out on the balcony.

Perfect for a short stay in San Jose

Pros: Nice position in Barrio Escalante. Room was clean, well furnished and with good maintenance.

Cons: Not having the possibility to book the parking in advance, but there are plenty on the road.

Pros: Well equipped, responsive to questions and requests, rooftop jacuzzi

Great property with everything you need for a short stay.

Pros: Great apartment with everything you need. We only stayed one night but it was excellent.

Cons: Could have done with a water dispenser downstairs as only had small amount of water In fridge. As a westerner missed not having a kettle.

Expensive but well worth the price

Pros: Third time coming back to this apartment, it has proven to be my favourite accommodation in Costa Rica

Premium stay, worth the high prices

Pros: Premium stay (however it also means premium prices), but I would say it's worth it!

Cons: Can be a bit strict regarding visitor

Pros: * Good location, next to barrio Escondido which is full of great restaurants. * Modern and clean room. * Great shower.

Cons: * Communication could be better, a lot of automated spam and took some time (and pings) to get responses to some of the questions.

Pros: The flat was clean and easy to check in to. The amenities provided were also great.
