Pros: We had problem in bathroom. Handyman come in few minutes and fix it, perfect job. Ladies at reception were super helpfull. Their restaurant is 5star delicious!

Cons: Near a big road but so is not of this part of San Jose.

Pros: The room was recently renovated. very large and clean. I have high standards for clean. The beds were comfortable. The whole hotel was so nicely appointed.

Beautiful location with great food!

Pros: Beautiful grounds and really good food at the steakhouse. Rooms were spacious and clean, gym was functional just needed air con in there.

Cons: Pool was dirty.

Great place to stay before or after a flight to /from san jose airport

Pros: Spacious rooms. lovely gardens. Sheltered pool surrounded by foliage..therefore difficult to keep clear of leaves. Nice breakfast

Cons: Have to use the main restaurant for any food other than breakfast. Restaurant was expensive and had lots of road noise.

Very good and good value

Pros: Spacious rooms with all necessary facilities. Very comfy beds and pleasant staff. Very good

Cons: Nothing really although did feel it was a little “tired” and needs a little TLC. Having said that we would stay again as it was good. Also to be fair, our previous 5 nights had been at a 5 star beach resort hence we tended to compare against this which we appreciate is unfair.
